We understand the upset caused by fraud and help to get your money back as quickly and simply as possible. National Fraud Helpline offers low no win, no fee agreements to help our clients access justice. We charge 15% to 20% plus VAT. We have created an easy sign up process in which we do all the hard work to help you recover your money. There are no upfront fees and you only pay us if we are successful. As well as recovering scam victims money, we are also leading the fightback against fraud. We also aim to create unique anti-fraud products and are campaigning for better protections. Educating the public about the latest scams is also key to our business.

It is never too late.

I was fortunate enough to come across National Fraud Helpline some considerable time after having been scammed and doing nothing about it, because I didn’t think that it would be possible to recover anything. However, Charlie, Adam and the team worked tirelessly to obtain a considerable amount of compensation for me. I can’t thank them enough.

Fiona Bresnen Has Been Exceptional so far, very grateful for her hard work on my case.

I just wanted to leave a review for Fiona Bresnen at The National Fraud Helpline as my case is still ongoing, but so far she has been absolutely amazing.
From the beginning, she has been professional, supportive, and incredibly reassuring during what has been a very stressful time for me. What has really stood out is how quickly she acted - she successfully secured a full refund from two of my banks in a very short space of time, which honestly gave me such a huge sense of relief.

My claim is still in progress, but based on my experience so far, I couldn't be more grateful for her dedication and hard work. I will happily come back and update this review as things progress.

I highly recommend the National Fraud Helpline to anyone who has been the victim of fraud and are looking for someone to help them, they are very efficient and the fees are fair and they also offer no-win no-fee .

Incredibly helpful people

Incredibly helpful people. Once furnished with the necessary information my appointed legal representatives worked very hard indeed to get a positive outcome for me.
Despite their efforts, the Bank refused to refund my losses. But the help I was being offered didn't end there. It was suggested that I take advantage of the Banking Ombudsman's services. If the National Fraud Helpline did this on my behalf there would be, a win or lose a small charge. I was also told that the process wasn't onerous and if I chose to undertake it for myself I would be given guidance upon how to do it
I took their advice, submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman myself and within a couple of months I was notified that my complaint had been successful and that the Bank would be making a refund.
I cannot praise the National Fraud Helpline highly enough and I can thoroughly recommend them and their services.

Best experience

I had a great experience with the National Fraud Helpline. From the very first call, the staff were professional, understanding, and genuinely supportive. They took the time to listen carefully to my situation, explained everything clearly, and guided me through each step with confidence and care.

What stood out most was their empathy and expertise — they made a stressful and worrying situation feel much more manageable. I felt reassured knowing I was in capable hands.

They don't value your time

I found this company through Instagram ads and because i was a victim of a scam i decided to fill out their form on their website. I was then emailed by their Lawyer Charlie Quail and was asked to call when i could. After the phone call i provided more detail of my scam and over back and forth emails through October with Charlie, i was given a form to sign which i did. Charlie then asked me if i had been given the letter of authority to sign, to which i informed her that i hadn't been. A week goes by and now we are in early November and i hadn't heard back from Charlie regarding this letter of authorization, So i emailed her again and i got an automated email saying that she was on annual leave and won't be back in till the next day. The next day she is back in and i get my letter of authorization to sign, she also informs me the unfortunate news that she was leaving the firm and that this was going to be her last week ( 7 - 14 November 2025) she informs me that someone else will be assigned to my case when she leaves. On her last day she sends one last email regarding the confirmation of her departure and that she wasn't able to finish the letter of complaint to send to my bank, but assured me that someone else from the firm will pick up where she left off and be in contact with me soon.

Up till that point things were fine, there were some delays but all my paperwork was signed, all documents and proofs of the scam were handed over, everything on my end was good, the only step left was letter of complaint to my bank to be sent by a lawyer from the firm, which would have to be done by someone else since Charlie had left.

So the reason why its a 1 star Review, as some may already guess is that, after 2 whole months i didn't hear back from the firm. So i contacted them today and to my surprise my claim is still in the same position it was in when Charlie left and it had not been allocated to anyone until i had emailed them!! So after all that paperwork, emails, and a phone call my claim hasn't even moved. Then the new lawyer Fiona was apologetic about the situation but sadly an apology just doesn't make up for the time, as i really could have used this money for Christmas as i didn't have the best Christmas 2025. Its crazy to think that better news would have been that they spoke to my bank already and they refused to pay, as it would mean that my time, documents and emails have been valued by the company, and they did the work they were supposed to do.

To make matters worse Fiona in the email said she tried to call and wants me to call her back. Now i get that she wants to speak to her new client. But for my perspective its making it appear that all my emails and documents have meant nothing, all that time means nothing and now i have to call again after already giving them everything they have asked for. Its like getting to the finish line of Marathon and them saying you have to go back and start the race again. I just haven't got the time for this, 2 months has gone by and my claim is in the same position it was in 2 months ago. So even if its just a call, but after a 2 month delay its not something i expect to hear from someone that values my time, since the only step left was writing the letter to my bank. If the delay was only 2 weeks then another phone call is ok, but after 2 months and not having the best Christmas, its just unacceptable, as no urgency is being shown to help get my money back.

This Firm just doesn't value your time, after all my emails, documents signed and phone call, nothing has been done and had i not emailed them today NOTHING WOULD GAVE BEEN DONE! Even after all that, they want me to call them again just to get the ball rolling, when i was already at the finish line!! A TERRIBLE FIRM, they don't care about their customers time. It can't get any worse than this, the worst experience to ever have is when company doesn't value your time as a customer. THIS IS THE WORST!

We would like to, once again, apologise for what has happened in this particular instance.
This clearly falls way below our normal high standard of service.
After receiving the complaint we launched a thorough investigation.
The investigation concluded that an unfortunate combination of data migration to a new case management system combined with a member of staff member leaving led to this oversight. It was a one-off event.
It is something that would have been picked up but we accept that the delay is unacceptable.
As you can see from our the reviews this is not in any way reflective of our clients’ normal experiences .
We would like to reassure you that we really truly care about all fraud victims.
Our lawyers try and go above and beyond when it comes to client care.
As a firm, we campaign for fraud reform and better protections for the public.
We regularly offer scam prevention advice and have sponsored a Parliamentary report in Authorised Push Payment fraud.
We completely understand that this is of no help to yourself but we do offer our sincerest of apologies.

Brilliant service

Great support. Excellent communication. Overall, brilliant service.
We were defrauded in a scam by Moneda Capital Group. It was a lot of money for us and we were under great stress. I came across National Fraud Helpline during my online search. Adam Beach handled my case. He was very supportive from the beginning and kept me informed at every step. They managed to retrieve my money in a matter of few months. Their charges though significant felt worth it when we got rest of the money back (minus their charges). Solid service in times of despair when cheated by scammers. Highly recommended.

I got Crypto APP scammed

I got APP scammed. This was a crypto scam where they promised to trade my money and give me a return. I committed 40k in this investment in the hope of withdrawing 100k. This was all lost and there was no way for me to retrieve. The National Fraud helpline retrieved all the money i lost. It was a very hard time for me mentally and financially. Thank you again

Making my life worth living again, for sure!

National Fruad Mr. Martin Richardson and all his team have done an amazing job to recover my money of nearly £78,000 which I thought would not be possible. I was suicidal thinking I have lost it all from Fruad but he and his team managed to help me wanted to live again. Nothing is impossible for them to handle!! Thanks a million National Fruad, you are all the BEST!!!

Lost money on platform work online

I have lost a lot of of money on online platform work by depositing , they didn’t return back my money I got scammed. I called up national fraud helpline and I was so impressed with their service also my lawyer Lena was so kind and helped me a lot when I explained her my situation of how this happend , she helped me to get some money back from my banks by fighting my case

Exceptional service with the desired outcome!

I had a case where I lost a lot of money through no fault of my own. My bank didn’t want to know and Lena my solicitor dealt with the matter. She was brilliant! Always able to listen to my concerns, very thorough and dealt with the matter. I got a large chunk of my money back and felt very satisfied with the outcome. I can’t thank her enough!
