Wrong item sent
Ordered 240v received 110v which is unusable on my office electric supply
Edit: I have now bought from another website and gave away the 110v one to a friend. Not worth the hassle to return it.

Poor customer service options
Dehumidifier failed after 8 months and only occasional use. Phone rings out and no one manning the online chat to help. No other options to get in touch or send a message.
Update: it was Thursday I called, not a weekend or a bank holiday. I ended up going direct to the manufacturer who are now dealing with the problem directly, no thanks to heater shops!

false advertising
This company is false advertising on Google shopping. The price looks cheap on Google, but when you look at the website and add on the necessary parts to make to make it work, the price is significantly more. These aren't optional extras, the unit is useless without them. If you can't trust a company to be honest at the point of pricing, then I doubt the aftercare would be any better!

We bought 3 phase heater
Plugged it in but was not working
retuned it after a lengthy emails and phone calls they charged us 25% because we retuned it
It was fualty but they said its not

Once goods are returned to the manufacturer, they undergo a full inspection to find any faults. Upon return of your item, the heater was found to be operating as it was designed, and the output was within specification.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. My dehumidifier failed after 17 months. Called and spoke with Chris from NHS, who arranged a call back from Vybra Solutions. Paul from VS arranged a replacement unit the following day. Great to actually speak with people who recognises customer satisfaction.

No plug on heater!
The heater came with no plug attached 🤷♂️
Now I have to source the right connector and get a qualified electrician to install it, at my own cost, because it's for commercial use.
There was no warning of this on the website or in emails. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed the order online and my heater was delivered in 2 days.
I received a call from the driver 30mins before delivery which was very helpful so I could dart home.
I don’t really leave reviews but this seemed justified
I called to gain an invoice and spoke to the sales man who sorted it on the call
