My first order was simple and it shipped incredibly fast. That experience led to my second order. I emailed them with a question about the order and they (Genny) responded in less than 24 hours, answered my question(s), built an invoice for me, and called me to complete the order. Customer service is excellent. Even when an item was on backorder, I was still able to order it but the rest of my order still shipped. Everything came in promptly. Great experience.

Shipping took long, Never gave tracking #
Update02.23.26- Finally recieved my items. It took over a month to receive. The company never gave tracking details- click the link in the email and it states that there is no tracking information on this order. Have not yet used the items but will give an update once I do

We apologize for any inconvenience you had. However, I wonder if you are talking about another company. I show that you ordered on Saturday the 1/31. We are closed on weekends but shipped your items out first thing Monday and they were delivered on the 4th and 7th due to us not having everything in one warehouse. I have checked and do not show any messages from you. If you are still having issues with your order, please contact us.
