Great company
I have used this company for a couple of years. The cleaner they supply has always cleaned my house thoroughly and I am delighted with the service they provide. If ever there is an issue, they are happy to help and refunds are always provided for holidays/cleaner sickness etc.

Do not use
The cleaner came round for the first time this week. She apparently did 3 hours but the sinks were dirty, the bathroom vanity cabinet hadn't been cleaned, the stairs hadn't been hoovered and she scratched my new bathroom sink. I complained to the agency but they did nothing about it and still asked for my agency fee. Do not use, the service was appauling. I have cancelled the service now as its completely unacceptable.

I am very sorry to hear this. If you can provide me with your contact details, I will see what can be done to remedy the situation by speaking to you and your local branch manager.
The cleaner, who is very experienced and has received good reviews from other clients, has confirmed that your property required a substantial amount of work which could not be completed with the time allocated for your first clean and that the scratch was preexisting, being covered by dirt as you confirmed above.
You were also offered a refund for the agency fee later which you declined.
Apologies for the inconvenience you have suffered and I will do my best to sort it out.

I've been using this company for about two years now and have always been very happy with them. The office staff are very friendly and efficient when I need to contact them, and the cleaners are reliable and do a good job. Would recommend.

Good cleaning company
When I spoke to Kate she was very polite. I got my cleaner the next day and I was very happy about. When the cleaner came she was very kind and polite. She got straight to work. When I came back the house was spotless. I could see that it was very thoroughly cleaned. I am very happy that I have found the right company.

Kate has been doing this for 10 years so she is very knowledgeable and she has an experienced, reliable team that have been with her for a long time.
I have loved my cleaner
I have loved my cleaner, Daniela. She is prompt, trustworthy, efficient, pleasant, and a great cleaner. I would give her 5-stars.
I have found it a bit tedious working with Nationwide, though Kate is always quick to get back to me. I don't like having to notify the company myself in order to keep my payments straight if my cleaner has to be absent. I just don't feel like I always have direct contact and often have to wait overnight to get feedback. That is probably due to my schedule as much as to the company's schedule.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced.
You never told us there was a missing key, so we could not contact your cleaner to ask for it back. You have had several cleaners from us, so can you please tell me which lady has it?
You still have a cleaner from us, Priscilla, who you said you were happy with and you have been with us for over 2 years. She is one of our best cleaners in your area.
Regarding the communication and forms, I would like to speak to you to clarify the details so we can look at improving our systems based on your feedback.
I have phoned you multiple times leaving several messages, so it would be appreciated if you could return my call to resolve your problems.

Extremely accomodating
I had builders in and out first few weeks so it was a bit chaotic and couldn't be there to show the cleaner around, she was great none the less and the office have been extremely accomodating

Cleaning, ironing and any reasonable domestic task is fine. Many of our more mature clients like making beds, washing clothes and many other forms of assistance being offered by their cleaner. Peter
Excellent service, reliable and nothing too much trouble.
I use nationwide cleaners for two hours, once a fortnight. We have the same cleaner each time and can contact Basil if we want anything extra or different to our normal arrangement. We are very happy with the service we receive.
