Nationwide PPI Advice Opiniões 

I had payment from HMRC to say my renate had been paid to nationwide ppi and panicked it was lost and if id get it back.

After searching my email inbox I found what id signed and emailed them and the customer service is great

They apologised re a big backlog and requested bank details and will be arranging the deposit shortly.

Dont panic, it is legitimate and email is best comms route

After being in contact over a week ago guaranteeing that my money was being processed surprise I'm still waiting yet again contacting you and giving you bank details to be told it will be processed in next 7 days I recieved letter of hmrc at start of October saying you had been paid by cheque this really is terrible service and are not very professional

Con Artists. They take almost 75% of your claim.
They even promise to cover the fee of you leave a review.
They never did

I had 3 messages from HMRC 6 weeks ago saying that 3 cheques had been sent to Nationwide PPI. I've tried to contact them but can't get through to Nationwide PPI on the phone. I then emailed them, surprise, surprise no response either. I'm going to wait a couple more days for a response, if I don't get said response, I will be lodging a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Update: I spoke with Nationwide PPI on the 14/11/23 and was assured my money would be with me in 72 hours via bacs, well we are now on day 8 and no money since that call. I was asked to change my rating here on trust pilot, this will not happen until I get my money, I've been waiting since August and you still insist on taking almost half of my rebate, I would like some of that back for the delay and inconvenience by end of day 22/11/23 or as I said in my original review i will take this further.

I was contacted by this company to make a claim.
I signed the document and did not get advised of the fee on the phone. An error on my part perhaps.
But..
I have received a tax calculation from HMRC dated 18th October showing I'm owed tax back and it will be paid to nationwide ppi advice ltd. I checked this with HMRC and they confirmed this was correct.
I have sent an email each day for the last 4 days, left a voicemail.. and yet no response. I've tried calling 3 times a day for 5 days.
The phone message always states they are busy on other calls... Even at 8pm!
I will give it a couple more days but I am feeling like I've been scammed. I hope it's not true!

No contact received as yet. Email sent to address as advised which is the same email address I have been using prior to this review.

I was advised 72 hours but have allowed 5 working days.
No money.
No response to email.
No answer on landline or mobile number.
Very disappointed

UPDATE 21/11/23

I have received my payment.

I have received just over half of the full tax rebate, having paid 33.3% fee PLUS VAT..

Nicola has been in touch today to confirm the amount, and as promised it was in the bank before close of play.
She even arranged to stop the £50 admin fee which I appreciate.
I can't fault Nicola at all.

I still feel the company could do a lot more to update their customers and be clear on the fees etc at time of arrangement.
Nationwide ppi advice also need to have a contact number that works and respond to emails as the lack of contact leaves a customer wondering whether they have been fleeced.

I would not recommend the service to anyone. I am just glad the ordeal is over.

This company is fast at responding to questions and helped me realise I was entitled to money I didn’t know about

Avoid this scam company called them last year as they somehow got my mam's details to tell them we did not give them authority to act on or on behalf of my mam and to disregard all of my mother's details and my mam has received a refund from HMRC this year and again Nationwide PPI are trying to claim it

Will be contacting the Ombudsman and other regulators to report this company and see what other actions we can take since their is no way to contact this company to sort it out.

Response to reply: I have already done this and your agent just kept asking for bank info, the problem is we have never give you my mother's details or authorised you in any way! Guess we will have to contact Action Fraud, ICO and Trading standards for starters.

correspondance very good with e mails answered reasonably quick straight forward and a pleasurable experience well done.

This company were very fast dealing with my claim , kept me very well informed and paid me my tax refund very quick , brilliant company, they actually got me two refunds , first was two weeks ago , the20th October and today the 8th November

The process was very straightforward, the instructions I received were very clear and easy to follow and the whole claim from start to finish was under 6months. I personally communicated with Scarlett and she was very professional and prompt with her responses. Would definitely recommend

Both myself and my husband received letters from hmrc stating we were owed money however the paperwork for my supposed claim my income was out by thousands which set alarm bells ringing for me and it also proved that we had not spoken to anybody with regards to the supposed claim. My husband took all paperwork to his accountant who spoke to hmrc and we were advised to contact police the accountant has tried to make contact with yourselves surprise surprise number doesn’t connect the accountant is now our agent so nationwide will not be receiving any cheques for us

I have had no contact whatsoever with this company they are asking for more information for example reference number which I don’t have as I have not spoken to these people however the above details speaks volumes.

I received payment into my bank account today along with the admin fee refund. Claim was handled quickly and professionally with all my emails answered promptly.

Really reliable and definitely recomend this

My experience using this company was delightful. I received my refund within 12 weeks would recommend.

My wife and I were owed over £900,we received 3 cheques totalling £520,guess what £256 cheque bounced,seems to be the norm for this company,avoid at all costs
