I was really happy with the way this company dealt with my claim would highly recommend!

Helped me get my ppi claim back and was quick

It is a great company get advice from when they helped me claim my ppi at first I was sceptical at first but the customer service amazing

My mum was sent a letter from HMRC stating she was owed 1414 gbp and the cheque was sent to Nationwide and when i called them i was told that they could not cancel cheque and now needed to speak to Nationwide. However upon checking here tuesday i had noticed Nationwide Nicola had responded to ppl asking them to contact and the info email so i thought i would give it another go. To my suprise i had a reply the day after asking me to send over all info so they could check files i did so and then again the replied stating they had recieved and cashed cheque from HMRC and issed a cheque for 809.07 back in August had is not been recieved ( obvs not or would not be chasing ) however again to my joy nicola replied and said she told account to cancel cheque and issue payment by bacs within 7 days but would take apprx 14 days to go through as they issue alot of oayments they just need bank details so these were sent responded to some reviews on here Update - after sending a separate email about this review i had a reply from Michelle she asked for my number to call which she did within the hour she said she would check with accounts on how payment was going. She called me back a hour later to confirm payment would be made today of 799.07 and although im shocked at the amount they taken for themselves even though we had not instructed but am happy we have actually received some payment. Thanks again Michelle .

Iv received my check today the customer service was very helpful In helping me receiving my check would recommend it to anyone

I was informed by HMRC on 31 August 2023 that a cheque of £826.53 for paying too much tax by me was sent to Nationwide PPI Advice within 14 days of the letter date. As it is October now and I have not received the cheque yet, I contacted them and they informed me that annual application forms four years (2019 to 2022) were submitted to them from NATIONWIDE PPI  with  my full details. I asked them to send me a copy. I have just received it. My National Insurance number and address on it is correct, but it is NOT my signature. I am not sure how my NI number was obtained. My ‘agent’s’ phone number is on the form. I reported it to Action Fraud, and I have a reference number. They are investigating and  advised me to call N PPI A as well. I have tried many times on their website now for two days, as well as by phone. Although the messages on the website and on the phone state that someone will be in touch shortly (within 15 minutes), I have not been contacted as yet. I am appalled that this is fraud. I am a pensioner and am very upset and could really do with this money owed to me. I am forwarding this claim form with my false signature to Action Fraud as well. I am waiting anxiously for their answer to my email.

Happy with the service...was talked through the whole process from start to finish....very happy with service.

I received an email from HMRC saying I was due a refund of over £900.
HMRC sent the money to Nationwide PPI advice but nationwide took £400 plus as a fee. I hadn't asked them to look into this on my behalf HMRC had done this already.
All I got was just over &500.
So not happy.
