My favorite!

My favorite tuna brand. It tastes fresh and good, and not dry at all. It’s easy to use for quick meals. I’m a nurse, so I like how practical and quick it is for me when I’m tired after a 16h shift. My favorite is the spicy tuna. It has a nice little kick but it’s not too spicy. Shipping is great too, It comes fast and everything is in good condition. I would definitely buy this again.

Best quick lunch option I’ve found

I absolutely love Natural Catch products, every flavor I’ve tried has been simple, clean, and delicious. They’ve become my go-to lunch during busy work weeks because they’re quick, satisfying, and high quality. Even my kids enjoy them, which says a lot! This is definitely my top choice for tuna and salmon, and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great quality tuna

Ok so, I usually don’t eat canned tuna, but since I tried natural catch, I made it part of the weekly menu, a salad, a snack or just by itself. Great product and now I always have some cans at home.

My husband ordered the tuna and salmon about 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received it. This company charges way too much to be using the worst not to mention the slowest shipping possible. That's right USPS. We cant get our package and they are not giving us our money back. Buyer beware.

Poor shipping department

I ordered tuna. They incorrectly put the shipping address as the ordering address. I contacted them within 2 hours of the order. They got back to me the next day asking for clarification. The package was not shipped yet. After that was completed I got an email stating it had been shipped but to the wrong address despite my clarification. The response was" that is where you wanted it shipped"

Seller should be responsible for prompt delivery--not buyer.

I haven’t tried the product yet, though I expect it to be of good quality. The shipment arrived two weeks late. It finally showed up today.

When I contacted the company earlier to ask about the delivery date, their response suggested that I should contact my local post office to track down the package, which at the time appeared to have wandered into USPS purgatory.

Their response: “The delivery date was changed by the post office, but they do not indicate a reason why. We would suggest you get in contact with your local post office for further information regarding the whereabouts of your package.”

Ensuring that a shipment reaches the customer is the seller’s responsibility—not the customer’s. Asking the buyer to track down a delayed package isn’t good customer service. Disappointed.

Taste good but

The taste is good, but it’s packed in Asia and the fish is caught around the world. I’m worried it’s all just hype and marketing buzz. I originally thought it was packed in the USA, but it’s not.

I’m also concerned about whether the can is free of chemicals that could leach into the food. I started looking into sardines, and it seems that only Spain, Portugal, and possibly Norway offers clean, safe sardines with cans that use safer materials.
On top of that, the batch I just received was packed in 2018 — and it’s already 2026. That feels very old.

Old Marine Loves N.C. Tuna!

I'm a Retired & D.A.V. Marine at 68 and live alone in N.E. Wis.. It has been over a year since I have been buying N.C. Tuna. I enjoy eating this Tuna all the time and it is Seriously the Best Tuna I have ever had in my lifetime. Thank You Natural Catch for making this Old Marines life a little better and happier with Awesome Tasting Tuna! Second Review, 01/25/2025

Ordered yellow fin in oil

Ordered yellow fin in oil. Drain the oil off but...The oil taste over powers the tuna. It is not a pleasant taste at all.Cheap tasting oil too. Even the cats will not touch it. Very disappointed. Will not purchase again.

Excellent Tuna

We ordered tuna a few times. The tuna is of very high quality, shipping was fast, and it was carefully packed. The customer service is outstanding. We messed up the order, and Adam was so helpful on the phone.

I would never recommend this company…

I would never recommend this company based on my experience. As a Mom, I ordered a subscription as a Christmas gift for one of my adult children, hoping it would be such a great product that they’d want to continue the subscription themselves. After Christmas, I decided to try the canned tuna for myself. I went to the website, added items to my cart, and at no point was I asked to confirm the shipping address. Before I realized it, the order was being shipped to my daughter.
AGAIN, most websites ask you to confirm billing and shipping addresses. At 6:44 a.m., I immediately emailed customer service explaining that the shipping address was incorrect. I did not hear back until 8:44 p.m., at which point I was told the order had already shipped. I followed up again and was told that I had received an order confirmation, basically too bad for the customer.  However, nowhere in the order process did it prompt me to confirm the shipping address, which is standard practice on every other website. For a company that advertises as heavily as this one does, the customer service is extremely disappointing. I will be filing a BBB complaint as well as warning folks on their very heavy advertising social media platforms.

Excellent!

They must have fixed their shipping issues that some have complained about here. My package arrived 3 days after ordering to Missouri. I got the spicy and sweet bean- the hype is REAL. Superb product !

Disappointment as to adequate and competent customer service

Delivery confirmed via Sendle on Sept 2nd at 7:20pm. However upon checking package not found. Suspected theft. Reached out to Customer Service Whose rather fast food subpar reply was to contact the shipping company. Note Sendle is the administrator for USPS who will not accept a Missing Parcel Report due for foodstuffs/perishables . Then responded again to NC requesting specifics advisement as to steps needed. Very vague and clipped response which I assume they believe to be efficiency. I reached out to Sendle as needed to clarify third party shipping info and filed an investigation claim which will take 5-7 business days. The actual NC rep upon me calling advised to file the missing package report to USPS which is incorrect for the above stated reason. I advised the Rep via email extremely displeased as the are not willing to be helpful to their customers Basically, they leave u feeling stranded. They then respond in the usual robotic fashion. "We understand your frustration " These people r simply pathetic and do nothing to go out of their way to give u clear and helpful advisement. Their product seems good;however, considering their rather inept and lackadaisical approach to an established customer is unacceptable. In addition, I need to question a promise to provide "low mercury" tuna as they obviously cannot control certain environmental factors. I will definitely convey my bad experience to others in terms of employee quality

Will not purchase again.

When you pay for priority mail 2-3 day shipping and it takes longer than that why am I paying for priority shipping.? Advertise the company as being in California but the tuna comes from Vietnam .There was a filet on top but beneath that it looked like Bumble Bee.I will have to continue shopping locally.

Ordered 4 cases of tuna on a Friday so…

Ordered 4 cases of tuna on a Friday so I could receive it for the following weekend for an event. I could see through tracking that the shipper was waiting on the product to be shipped. And waiting. And waiting. I sent an email that went unanswered. I called twice and reached voicemail with no callback.
Finally, on Wednesday some guy called me back and said that he didn't know why the order didn't go out. I told hime to just cancel my order as there is no way that I can receive it by Friday anyway. He completely ignored me and sent the order anyway even after telling him that I wish to cancel multiple times. The tuna showed up at my door today (28 July 2025), unplanned for, in the Texas heat.
That's not the way to do business. That's the way to lose customers.

BEST TUNA EVER

BEST TUNA EVER! For those giving bad reviews because they misunderstand the order process, that is unfair. When you order, you are given an opportunity to purchase ADDITIONAL cans at a discount. If you think you are getting a discount on the first order and accept the offer, you are authorizing ADDITIONAL charges. That is not the company's fault.
