Overall I am very pleased with the product. I was interested in shilajit for some time and eventually came across this brand from an influencer. I have been using the pills for about 2 months, just one per day. I have noticed increase energy (less reliance on caffeine), less hair shedding, and most notable some very positive changes in my menstrual cycle. I am even impressed that the packaging was not plastic. They also called me to follow up on my order and I also took advantage of the free gift. This is a high quality product an affordable price point. Overall I am highly pleased and plan on continuing to use this for a long time.

The only reason I don't use it is if I run out and forget to order in time or when I am pregnant I haven't consistently used it during pregnancy but other than those times, you best believe this is a daily go to!

I have taken this supplement before and was pleased with the effect it gave. Now Im starting again after about one year pause. Ive been taking it for about one week now and I'm notecing I fall asleep easier and that Im able to apreciate the now and whats around me (able to be calmer in my mind). I think my bodey feel more safe. I drink it with hot chokolate everyday and kako also has a calming effect, for me that's the best combo!
