First buy experience & Ultra run
First time I bought from this site, the honey sticks had leaked. I took shilajit a month prior to my first ultra marathon I I believe it worked great. 100k completed and I would say shilajit helped greatly with recovery. I recommend this to good friends to see if they feel the same as I do from this. I just warm up some water and stir it in.

The raw honey was nice, a little crunchy because of the added minerals - i wish it wasn't in sticks but in a little jar so i could add more and there would be less plastic waste

I only ever buy Natural Shilajit…
I only ever buy Natural Shilajit because it works. I have recommended to my friends and after a few days of taking it they always call me to say wow and tell me how great it is.
I have tried other brands that did nothing.
I cannot recommend Natural Shilajit highly enough.

I have been using these products for a couple of months now and its the only thing I've found that gives me a notable increase in energy, stamina and mood. Customer service is on point. My last order was stolen in transit and I only received empty packaging. They replaced it all in a timely manner with no hassle at all. 10/10 recommend
