great service, fast delivery and packaging was effective to keep delicate items like skins safe. they were having problems with the online shop when I ordered, he phoned me straight away the next morning and replaced the items they didn't have in store with no fuss. overall good customer service.

I was recommended to this company for products to assist me during treatment for breast cancer.
I placed an order on the website last night for an initial order.
This morning I received a phone call from the business owner to advise the item I'd ordered actually wasn't in stock but gave me alternative options which I was more than happy to swap to.
The fact that this very busy guy took the time to call me rather than send a generic out of stock email speaks volumes.
He was so kind and considerate also informative as to which products may be beneficial to my current situation.
I'm a customer service manager myself and pride myself on giving exceptional service. It's extremely rare to experience this first hand on the receiving end.
