I have been using Natural Spa Supplies for several years.
Delivery is always prompt and quality is superb - the best there is! And I like that everything is completely natural.

Was wanting to buy some items from here, but needed to ask a few questions first, sent message 3 days ago and no one had decency to respond to me. Will go elsewhere now

Can clothes pegs be beautiful? They certainly can because I have just taken delivery of the most well-engineered, good quality, robust and tactile large, and beautiful, beech wood clothes pegs. They arrived promptly, were well packaged and I feel confident will work very well indeed. It's windy here in Walton-on-the-Naze and I've recently been retrieving washing that's blown off the line despite triple/quadruple pegging - yesterday the laundry stayed put thanks to these little fellas. Hurrah!

First of all, I must say that I work in the health and beauty industry (for over 30 years) and I’m rather hard to please. I really drill down with every company I buy from. I like to investigate product's - I thoroughly read the ingredients list, look at the reviews, the company ethics and much more.

All in all, I’m very impressed natural spa supplies and I would not hesitate to recommend. My products arrived well package (all very eco friendly and went straight into my recycling bin) and arrived within two days of ordering.

100% natural witch hazel. Excellent product and will definitely be re purchased and I will try some of the other floral waters. I am currently using lavender and rose waters, from another company but hands down, the witch hazel from here, is much better and I will switch.

The body exfoliating glove is fabulous! I’m going to purchase again and have it in my gym bag. Please throw away your nylon exfoliating gloves and purchase these. They really are quite impressive.

Great company - please do support them, their products are so far for me, really very good.

I sent my first order to this small company a few days ago and it turned up within a couple of days.Well packaged(there was a glass bottle in it) and all the items are lovely.One of the items I ordered was a silk fina sponge which I have used on my face and it felt amazing,leaving my skin feeling really clean.There is a crack on the back of it which I only noticed when I got the sponge wet so I will just have to be careful with it,not a complaint ,one can sometimes expect this with natural sponges.Will definitely be ordering more types of sponge off them when they come back in stock..The rose water is so pure and smells gorgeous and the rhassoul clay has given me the clearest skin ever.Wish I’d discovered this company sooner!

I bought expensive magnesium flakes from this company. I had found the first batch soothing so I bought some more. After using them, things didn't feel soothing at all so I had a look at the pack and it said "Magnesium Flakes" on the front but "CITRIC ACID" on the back! The company wouldn't refund because I had openened them!!! Then when I re-iterated that I did not want to risk using this product, she said "You are almost certain to know someone who can benefit from using them – just take the back label off first!" !!! I have been persisting to try to get a returns label and refund but they are being obsitinate and obstructive. They have no concept of having wronged a customer. I know this sounds unbelievable but this is the honest truth about my experience.

Amazing company. Love and use all their products I have tried. They send them in environmentally friendly packaging with lots of printed instructions and advice. They have videos on their website which explain how to use their products and where they source them from. I’m a huge fan.

I've purchased quite a few hard-to-find natural products from Natural Spa Supplies, and on each occasion I've been delighted with the quality and effectiveness of their products - from Hemp Oil soap to Rhassoul Clay (which has transformed my hair!) to Argan oil, everything is outstanding and superb quality. All eco-friendly and ethnically packaged with zero plastic, to boot.

But what really marks this company as exceptional is the outstanding customer support from its extremely knowledgable owner, who goes to the nth degree to answer any questions you may have. I had an unusual query about the water produced by her clay Amphora urns (which produce filtered, spring-like drinking water) and she came back to me with a detailed and extremely helpful reply.

This is someone who genuinely cares, and is clearly passionate about our environmnent and all things natural.
