Thus far my experiences with them, to include deliveries within a few days have not been too bad. The only problem I experienced is the country I live in wanting to charge me extra import tax, although when I placed my orders it stated no extra taxes would be charged. Still waiting to have this rectified by them. I am to receive a credit on my account. The first time I placed an order, it appeared twice on my cc. They fixed it as soon as I let them know.
Taking a second look at the website I noticed that the number and location is in the US. My packages came from France. I will need to reach out to them on this. With this said, I do live in Europe and this might be why my packages appear to come from France.

This company is absolutely artificial and like, worse than I could imagine. They're cheap so it's tempting.
First of all the location they ship from is actually in Delhi India. Shipping was very fast (6 days) considering that it was coming across the world but aside from that

I got 5 oils from them and one of them, the first I opened, amyris, smelled like it might be right so I was so happy with that. Second one, yuzu, smelled ok but dilute.

The vetiver oil was the one I have been most looking forward to as I have a strong preference for Indian vetiver and this is an Indian company. Nope. This stuff didn't even pretend. I swear it smells exactly like Laxmi dhoop incense which contains zero vetiver. I put a drop on my skin to see how the scent changed over time and it made my physically ill and I couldn't get it off even with so much scrubbing.

The 2 rose oils were the same. They smell nothing like rose absolutes, and exactly like synthetic rose fragrance used in India. Made me nauseous and gave me a headache.

With enormous bottle sizes you know this company is mostly catering to producers who resell their products and need to be able to pass certifications. This stuff is worse than trash, it's harmful and dangerous. I should have been more judicious but I saw that there was a return policy and thought it was worth the shot. I'll update after seeing if the return is successful.

I ordered laurel berry oil from them for €105. After I paid, I did not receive any confirmation and they no longer respond to my emails, not even to the proof that I have paid.

I ordered several oils to try them out. I read everything on their website in advance and wanted to believe they were legit. My sister told me about this company and we ordered together to try them out.
Not one of the oils I bought smelled quite right. I've used a lot of essential oils and know there can be slight variation of smell due to country of origin, but these smelled so far off that I knew they were NOT the pure product they advertised on their website. I usually stick with those brands I trust, but decided to take a risk and check this companies product. If it looks too good to be true, trust your gut - it more than likely is!
Buyers, BE WARNED!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with NatureInBottle. As a paying customer, I placed an order with them in good faith, only to receive a product that was significantly underfilled. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to provide high-quality, premium natural products.

When I reached out to address the issue, I expected fair and professional customer service. Unfortunately, what followed was an ongoing dispute where NatureInBottle refused to take accountability for the error and failed to resolve the situation. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a replacement or refund, they have made this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

It’s disheartening to deal with a company that does not prioritize integrity, quality assurance, or customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful when ordering from NatureInBottle, as the product you receive may not match what you paid for — and you may face challenges getting fair treatment if issues arise.

I sincerely hope they improve their business practices and treat future customers with the honesty and respect they deserve.

This is a SCAM people 100%. All rare positive reviews u ll ever meet are fake. They are in india and pretend to send u food grade pure essentials oils which in reality are filled with alcohol and possibly deady substances. I did the mistake not to check here first and I had to pay very very expensive. This mistake also by the Tax that FedEx charge me and also the return I had to make I’m now officially getting all the way to sue them and locate them and I’m gonna help you to do the same so here so what you need to do if you ever get in trouble or get scammed by them and you didn’t read our reviews here.

3. Report them to India’s Cybercrime Portal
Search: “Cybercrime India report” – it’s the official government site. Report them under online shopping fraud.

4. Contact your bank or PayPal and ask for a chargeback
Mention it’s a fraudulent seller. Most banks will reverse the transaction if you act quickly.

5. Spread the word on Reddit, Twitter, ScamAdviser, and forums
The more people expose them, the faster they get flagged or removed.

This company is fake, dishonest, and dangerous. Help others by reporting and exposing them.

I bought many oils from NiB for my skincare company. I decided to do an analysis of the meadowfoam oil, as this oil contains very peculiar fatty acids. I formulate for my own clients based on the characteristics/ properties of each oil. So I need to be 100% sure of the quality of the raw material.
The analysis reported that the Meadowfoam oil I was sent contains peanuts, mustard, sesame, and not even 50 % the desired oil, very different from the CoA provided by NiB on their website
I was shocked by the results and by the possibility that someone allergic to peanuts might react to my products.
No answer from the company since 2 days.

Scam. avoid them. I received a bottle of their oil. smells as hell. they mixed grass with engine oil. it is dangerous to use on your skin. whatsApp account is fake, phone number is fake, address is fake. it sent from india.

I just ordered oils worth 1,200 dollars and I wanted to get more info on them. I just discovered this page and all the reviews. So annoyed. They costed me so much and now they don’t reply to my calls or msgs.

Be aware of this company as you get charged for customs and duty tax in the UK when you packages arrive and remember you're allowed up to £135 before import and customs and duty tax they'll pay the shipping and priority cost by FedEx and not import charges what Scam and they lost me as a customer

It's a scam! The oils smell horrible. All of them ( I bought 4) smell like India. They Don’t answer emails at all.

Fake oils, after the purchase the owner disappeared and does not respond to inquiries, I purchased two oils from him that turn out to be fake

I ordered date seed Oil, because that oil is very expensive in my country. I have no idea what kind of oil this is! It is very grainy, and smells weird! Normally it has a beautiful scent of caramel. This one is no way near the real type.. they also doesnt reply. They replied once, and then disappeared.. shame on me. Should have seen this reviews before buying 2L, and paying extra taxes... not again.

Scam! Unfortunately I did further research on this company once the product was shipped. Getting a lab to test these oils has been difficult and proving to be expensive. I’ve tried calling, WhatsApp, and I’ve emailed them several times and they’re not responding. Ghosted! I ordered several carrier oils and a couple of essential oils for school in natural skincare. I’ve been an Aromatherapist for about 19 years now and really should’ve known better than to order from a company like this. Avoid! It ships from India and they have fake ISO cert stamps on their website. I tried to get the FDA involved but they didn't care that this company was using a fake symbol of theirs.

Ordered Bergamotte (definitely smells different than original), Sandalwood New Caledonia (smell absolutely horrible). The Seaweed I cannot judge. And the blue lotus smells still very good, but almost certainly stretched with geraniol or so.

This place is a scam. On the website they have a US address but the item is shipped from India. That wouldn't be such a bad thing except they are selling fake essential oil that smells very strongly of industrial solvent. I put some in a plastic bottle that contained the essential oil that it claimed to be and it melted the bottle! So glad that I found out before I used it or who knows what type of chemical burns I would have received, even if used diluted.

After 2+ years of buying oils form this company and believing they are good, I ordered Rose De Mai (centifolia) rose hydrolat and omg, it smells wrong - like there are other scents besides rose mixed in there and also if feels different on skin - more "sticky" than a hydrolat. I googled how to tell real hydrolats from fake, and learned that if shaken, fake hydrolat will bubble because of solubilizer inside. And surely, it did. The lavender angustifolia oil I got also smells a bit off to me....so disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep your hands away from this company, they are scammers. I ordered catnip oil, it said on the package but the content was lemongrass oil

I wrote various emails and complained in watsapp, never received a response and was completely ignored
