Great service, easy to get home and contents insurance for an off grid property. George was very helpful and patient. He was honest and wasn’t trying to upsale like other insurers.

It may provide great insurance but...
It was difficult to reach the (sole) individual who deals with home insurance. This did not bode well for any future dealings.
Property and contents insurance would have cost me much more than double the price quoted by my existing insurer. I am prepared to pay more for a recommended 'ethical' service but there was no attempt to engage me on this element of the service, which is the reason I contacted them.
Altogether an uninspiring experience.

Fantastic over 12 years
I have worked with Naturesave for 12 years and they have been absolutely excellent throughout. Considerate, quick and always responsive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not the absolute cheapest but you get what you pay for and this one is DEFINITELY worth it, as well as meeting our sustainability concerns.

Great experience with Naturesave
Great experience with Naturesave, used them for years. Very rare to find a household insurance company that isn't ripping customer off and investing money in destructive industries.
