This company is horrible. The product may or may not work. If you are lucky to have it work, then good. If you happen to have any issues, they will not help resolve it. They do not provide anything needed to resolve the problem then claim you or your car are the problems and say, too bad.

Good customer service. Product is what was advertised. I would give it another star but I didn't like how long it took to install.

Navtool.com was an incredibly helpful website, it provided many of the essentials I needed for my 2008 GMC Acadia! And that's not the only car brand! There's products for just about every car out there!

Navtool is a must! the Apple CarPlay was the best decision I've ever made for my car. Easy to install, HD quality and multiple different selections to choose from! Highly recommend.

NavTool is such a fantastic product. As someone who wants all of the cool gadgets of the latest car, but doesn't want to pay the price of a new car, the tools are a happy medium. It's important for me to be able to use my Apple iPhone features to make calls and navigate me, as I do work from my car a lot of the times. NavTool is able to give me the latest technology such as Apple Car Play without having to buy an entirely new car or radio system. I highly recommend this product.

This is an edit of my original review - I had to rewrite this because Navtool responded to my original review with a bunch of untruths to try to remove themselves from any responsibility for my experience.

Advice for Future customers of Navtool:
I paid money for my device 1 September in 2022 and I am yet to receive it. todays date is 17th July 2023. I have had zero proactive communications from Navtool, so I have chased them up all times. Each time I received a one sentence answer with the excuse that there is a global microchip shortage and I will receive mine shortly. Eventually my efforts to receive updates drew no response at all. I would use the online messenger, email, through LinkedIn, even calling the number on the website and I get no response or updates. I have begun making the request to ask for my money back. still no response. To this day I have paid my money, and have no goods from Navtool, and they are not responding to my attempts to get information or cancel my transaction. IN FACT the only indication I have that there is anyone present at the Novtool company is in their hurried and desperate attempts to have my comments on this Trustpilot platform removed or debunked. Navtool fought so hard to have this review removed, that TrustPilot required me to Send all evidence of this experience to Trustpilot including emails and communications through messengers which I have luckily saved. Dear potential customer of Navtool - I would advise you to think twice - there are plenty of other solutions on the market as I have found. I have purchased with no reference to chip shortages, and are now operating well in my car.

as other feedback I have seen, It takes very little to just focus on customer service with clarity and honesty rather than making vague excuses. I have diligently held on and waited for a year for you to deliver although your feedback was never more informative than one sentence and not apologetic whatsoever. I gave you more than a chance, and warned you for months that I would be taking the actions I did to inform other prospective customers on platforms like this, but you chose to let me down and steal my money. After all that you tried to paint me publicly as a liar be commenting here that I had received the product and it had been stolen from my front door... I work from home, and the couriers all know me by name. If you had delivered this to me I would know. I live in a little town in a community of surfers. No one steals from peoples doorstep here. Besides, If you had sent the parcel, I would imagine you would have sent reliable and trackable advice that you had dispatched my parcel, which you didn't. You haven't sent ANY proactive information regarding this order, let alone a tracking code for delivery of my parcel.

The Apple CarPlay integration from NavTool is a game changer for any 2020 Mercedes-Benz C-Class owner. The interface is impressive, and the connection with my iPhone is seamless.

I’ve been using NavTool so far for six months, After reading all the reviews online I was not sure exactly how this is going to play out., Product work absolutely flawless I get into My car start the car and the CarPlay just comes on the screen. I have ordered NavTool in February it was delivered lightning fast. Prior to ordering the product I had a lot of questions for NavTool they were all answered swiftly via phone or at times of use life chat on their website which is my favorite feature. I have a Mercedes 2013 which obviously did not have CarPlay and now with the NavTool I get Apple CarPlay. Product works identical to what I seen in the dealership in the new Mercedes I get to control it with the joystick in my center consul basically the same way as in a brand new cars that I see sold at car dealers. Product was very easy to install of diamond in my house and with a little bit of help off tech-support from NavTool I was done in couple of hours. I also was able to add HDMI input NavTool as well as front and side cameras, side lane watch cameras are very cool because I can see blind spots When I put on my turn signals.

This is my sixth NavTool product since I’ve started using NavTool in 2003, product gets only better and better every year. The latest NavTool 6.0 works absolutely amazing. Wireless Apple CarPlay and android auto connects ultra fast and I don’t even have to take the phone out of my pocket. I have upgraded my three vehicles to 6.0 and I love it.

I work for a local Mercedes dealership and NavTool is the only product that we are allowed to install into customer vehicles. I am a huge fan of the company I’ve got one of their CarPlay units in my 2015 Mercedes ML and it just mind blowing it makes my Mercedes feel just like if it was a 2022 model that I see in the show room every single day with that factory Apple CarPlay. Anyone wondering about the quality of the product I can tell you as a professional tech that it has outstanding quality and if they only allow us to install NavTool at the dealership there has to be a reason for it. I typically install 20 units every week and it’s always smooth as butter. And because I work on a lot of different Mercedes models some are as old as 2007 and some are 2018 Yes some 2018 don’t have CarPlay. And I always enjoy installing the product, if I have questions for tech-support I feel like they know more than some of my fellow technicians at the dealership. If it’s good for Mercedes dealership it’s good for you trust me I am master certified technician and I know what I’m talking about.
