Came into Naylors to have my daughter…
Came into Naylors to have my daughter fitted for a riding hat. Amelia did the fitting and was great with my daughter and recommended the best hat for her. She also helped us get some new riding boots that suited her better than her old ones. Thank you for the help :D

Went in for a body protector
Went in for a body protector, Sue came over straight away and fitted me in ten minutes, she also advised me on how the item should fit and further tips and tricks. Very good service and im glad I have a shop like this to go to for experience and variety. I will be returning to store without doubt.

Came to buy riding boots and was served by Kelly who was really helpful advising of suitable styles and makes that would fit me well , a good stock of boots it my size to try on and all staff were really helpful and friendly.

Kellys advise re laminitis.
Kelly advised me regarding preventing my event horse of 20yrs from developing laminitis. She was extremely empathetic and I felt listened to and that she understood how distressing the situation was. I bought a Greenguage halter and mask.

We take pride in providing a high level of Customer Care at all times, our staff have a wealth of knowledge which Kelly has shown by listening to your horse's needs and providing you with the advice and support that was required enabling you to purchase the Greenguard Headcollar and Muzzle to assist your horse to prevent a bout of laminitis.

Perfectly helpful
Been on a quest to source body protection and visited a couple of other large equestrian stores without success or feeling that the process was a good experience.
Louise got the balance between letting us browse and providing really good advice just right, even though we are very inexperienced senior citizens.

Riding hat fitting
Visited the store to purchase a new riding hat. I wanted try on a few in store having being unsuccessful choosing one that fitted correctly online. I was very pleased to see lots of hats with different sizes in stock and was able to buy there and then. Professional, friendly advice given by Louise. Blue light discount a bonus.

Being an Electrician i went in for some…
Being an Electrician i went in for some advice about some horse electric fencing for some stallions we have.
I was lucky to be looked after by kelly, honestly probably one of the most knowledgeable person when it comes to electrical fences, energizers, i have ever come across. She was so helpful, and guided me step by step as to what i would need. Absolutely brilliant customer service, big thank you to kelly.

Amazing service
We have visited Naylor’s a number of times and now wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had my new riding hat fitted by Amelia who gave excellent advice and remained calm and professional despite my high maintenance toddler and border collie pup being determined to help! Genuine and unpretentious service, I highly recommend 😊

I was looking for a pair of boots which…
I was looking for a pair of boots which I could not see out. Staff member very kindly, looked on the system and found they had some on a recent delivery, so went to the back to have a look for my size which they had.
All staff were very friendly, and the store was tidy
