I think Naylors is amazing - I just wish I had found it sooner! Every single member of staff I have encountered across the Go Outdoors site has been incredible. The customer service is superb. The lesson on the mechanical horse was fantastic - my only bugbear was the booking system, which is really quite bad. Otherwise I love the place!

The mechanical horse is a great addition, and we are pleased to hear such positive feedback regarding your session.
We appreciate the feedback regarding the booking system for the mechanical horse and we will certainly take this on board to assist us on making improvements to the process to ensure that our customers find the process smooth and simple to use.
