I ordered a pair of linen pants- poor quality

I ordered a pair of linen pants. I really liked the look and the fabric and unfortunately did not pay enought attention to the quality of the seams...The button fell of the first time I wore them. And now I have noticed that the seams are so badly made,the pant is starting to fall apart. I have worn them once and not washed them. Considering the cost of them this should not happen! And actually has never happened to me before. I am not goinf to order again.

I'm terribly sorry this happened to you, and the few times this happened, we found ways to fix it for our clients, and we're here to do that with you, too! As you can imagine, every piece is made by humans, and humans make mistakes, even though we do our quality check, some defects can still happen.
Could you e-mail us so that we can find a solution?

BE careful when ordering or even Avoid. €20 lost just on shipping and return if the item doesn’t work. Wool is itchy . Never again.

We’re truly sorry your experience with us left you feeling this way, it was never our intention.

Our sweater is made with 50% wool and 50% alpaca, sourced and crafted sustainably in northern Portugal. We know wool can feel different for everyone, and we’re sorry it didn’t feel comfortable for you. For products like these, we do recommend wearing a thin layer of cotton or a softer material under the sweater: it's better for your skin and for the wool as well.

Regarding the shipping cost, we completely understand your concern and frustation and we want to be honest: shipping isn’t free for us either. We’re a small team, and while we’d love to offer free returns, we need to keep our prices fair and sustainable. That’s why all costs are clearly listed at checkout.

Never received my refund

Never received my refund - item was sent to me in the incorrect colour. I had to chase them up several times before receiving a reply on emails. I sent my order back as it was not the right colour my return included further items as a return but never was I refunded. I was then sent a reply after almost a week saying my return arrived a few days later than the return policy of 14 days. Ok - I would understand if they had replied in a few days and if they had not sent the wrong colour.
Customer service was truly disgusting- never received my money back.

Be careful when ordering! I would avoid there are plenty other sustainable companies with nice customer support.
I would never ever order from this company again.

Great customer care

Good products are are a great thing (and Naz has lots of them!) but customer support is just as important. I wasn't getting any updates from the shipping company and contacted Naz to get some additional info. They were super helpful and polite. And sure enough, I got the package right on the day Naz customer support said I would. That's how you do it :)

you can wear it untucked too!

I’m a personal stylist, and I have this sweater in beige. It’s been fun exploring the ways to style it! I think the length is *just perfect* because you can wear the sweater untucked, and it will look good on pretty much a person of any height. And if you want to tuck it in — it won’t feel bulky and add much volume around the abdomen. Looks great over a shirt, with a dress, or any pair of jeans, and nicely dresses down a pair of classic trousers. I’m super happy with it.
