Paige was wonderful in helping me and my partner find our dream sofa. Paige offered excellent customer service and was very helpful in checking stock quickly to provide the comfort of it being in stock ready for the completion of moving into our first home.

Great service
We purchased an Osaka two seater and Osaka three seater sofa from the Derby NCF store in November but didn't need it to be delivered until January and was told that would be fine. The staff in store were helpful and friendly and not at all pushy. We had the sofas delivered in January and the delivery men were very efficient and put the sofas together in the room we needed them and made sure the electric recliners were working and removed all of the packaging and were polite. After about four weeks the recliners on the three seater we're catching on each other and couldn't be used together. We contacted the repairs department and a Service engineer from Emmeria group was booked who came and adjusted the seats and rectified the problem and was very polite and efficient. We are still very pleased with our sofas and are enjoying using them. Thanks to all of the staff concerned.
