Don't ever buy anything from this company they are a bunch of liars who sell you something then when it goes wrong damaged things missing they don't take any responsibility for it and give you the middle finger they won't pass any calls onto a manager because they are a bunch of com artists....

NCF supplied the wrong sofa,the shop sales person and manager admitted there mistake,however it took five months to get our money back only after the credit card company lawyers contacted them (Section 75)
We placed the order and waited the normal three months for delivery, plus the five months to get our money back. The customer service was absolutely terrible,there is only one phone number which just added you to a queue which eventually cuts you off.
The email address given as an alternative contact can take weeks for a reply. Terrible experience, !!!!!

Excellent customer service from Ashraf! He helped me choose and buy a bed and walldrop and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Ashraf is extremely excellent in customer care very professional, patient, and helpful. Highly recommended!
