Quality product

I’ve not used NEAT before so ordered the hand wash to try it out. Very happy with service provided and quality of product. Smells lovely! Will definitely order more items

I dont like the subscription option.

I dont like the subscription option.
I recieved aload of products unexpectedly without a reminder email that I would have cancelled. Clever marketing..but I have found better products and not feel cheated into buying them.

Soap is extremely thin! Pump is bad too!

I got both the body wash and hand wash. The soap is so thin in both! With the body wash you need several pumps to get any lather in a loofah or exfoliating glove. Even trying to get a good lather from the body wash and the hand wash in just your hands is near impossible. We’re going through refill bottles in less than a week! We’ve even tried using a little less water so it’s not as diluted… still extremely thin!
A real shame as we love the concept being eco friendly and they have some amazing scents. But we won’t be spending endlessly on refills anymore.
Other foaming wash brands go a lot further!
Also, the pump seems to have stop depressing now which looks to be a common issue.

Amazing products, love the full range!

I love your products so much that they make me want to clean!! Never thought that would ever happen. Love the bottles, the smell and how well they clean. Totally amazing and I have bought most of the range. I really love the foaming hand wash too. NEAT - Game Changer
