Ordered 2 jerseys, 1 showed up asked customer service about the other they said it will show a day or 2 later it's at canadian border. Next day they mailed it, 21 days after it was ordered they lied and forgot about it. Only offered 15.00 off. Won't be purchasing there again, customer service is awful. They also offered 20% off next order then took that away to. Don't trust them..... also work tracking it showed it left your destination 21 days after which I have proof of so stop lieing. Also shipment starting to move the day after I contacted your company to ask where it was. How convenient and a coincidence.

We would like to clarify that we did not forget your order. When a customer orders multiple jerseys, we often ship them in separate packages. This helps reduce the risk of packages being lost in transit and allows us to send items as soon as they are completed, rather than making customers wait for the entire order to be ready.
Regarding your second jersey, it was not shipped 21 days after you placed the order. It had already been handed over to the carrier within 7 days of your order, but tracking updates do not always appear immediately. In some cases, tracking may only update after the package reaches a processing facility or crosses a border, which can make it seem as though the item was shipped later than it actually was.
Based on the latest tracking information, your second jersey is still in transit and should arrive within the next few days.
I placed an order on April 20 haven’t received my shipment yet. More importantly, I’ve sent them numerous emails and the response is the same. I will never order online from Facebook or Instagram ever again every time I email them it takes them three days to respond and they respond with the same thing we sent your order out. Here’s the tracking number, but when you check the tracking number, it states that hasn’t been shipped out yet.

Regarding the tracking status, for international shipments, tracking information can sometimes take longer to update even after the package has already been shipped. This happens because overseas carriers often require additional processing time before the tracking details become active in the system.

From my experience is real good customer service is perfect with your response. I've bought 23 jerseys so far and on my 24th from 01/07/2025 till now keep up the good work

The stitching on the jersey is very loose and will undoubtedly lead to the jersey to come apart. I hope they read this review and offer to send a jersey that is up to the quality I’ve came to expect after quite a few orders.
Must bee the Christmas rush caused this one to slip through QC. First negative experience experienced with this company.
Will update review when I officially know what the solution is and have tracking information for replacement jersey.

The jersey quality is not what is advertised. The flower designs on the Dodgers Jersey were not embroidered as specified. They are pressed decals. In returning the jersey, the company does not provide a return label. So returns are paid out of pocket. I paid $9.10. I just want to make future customers aware of this!

For the Dodgers jersey with the floral design, the flowers are printed as part of the style, while the name, number, and logo are fully stitched. That said, we’ll definitely review the product description to make sure everything is clearly stated for future customers.
Just to clarify, we do cover return shipping if there’s an issue with the jersey, such as a defect, poor quality, or if the wrong item was sent.

I ordered in October, and have yet to receive any tracking or my product. Contacted support and get the same auto.ated response. I have contacted support numerous times and get same automated reply. It's not in our hands, it will arrive soon.

I loved my last jersey it had all the patches and it was great but my 2 first jerseys weren't so great the patches that are on there they don't look so good they seem like boot leg or fake patches that concerns me for future purchases

My first order I received a Luka Lakers Lakeshow Jersey and a Eagles Barkley hoodie,both came true to size and all stitched.
I received my Luka Lakers Mamba Jersey today and waiting on 2 others.
If your willing to wait approx 3 weeks for your order you won't be disappointed.
