We used Nelson Myatt to purchase a property via an on-line auction. This was a new experience for us and with the expert advice from Nelson Myatt it went smoothly from scrutinising the legal pack right through to completion.
We then used Nelson Myatt to sell our existing home, and again it went smoothly from the day we had the offer right through to completion. We've moved 5 times over the years and never experienced such efficient service and had no stress whatsoever.

The other party's firm (jw hughes) were almost impossible to get hold of at all times for both negotiations and in responding to our letters, and even delayed returning a final draft order to the judge at the end and had to be chased up by the court.

An absolutely brilliant solicitor to work with for conveyancing. Through both the sale of our property and purchase of a new house, the entire team were always on hand to help with queries and made the process as seamless as possible.

Very professional and prompt with replies. Claire took on my conveyancing file halfway through my house purchase which I was very grateful for, she made sure she knew all about where we were up to and kept me in the loop always.
