I ordered a 2nd glass washer for my business and didn’t realise I had ordered the smaller model. Dan messaged me and informed me, then came down to the pub to measure and make sure the bigger one would fit before I ordered it!

Extremely efficient and quick to respond
We have purchased a dishwasher for our main kitchen and have had a 5* experience throughout. The team are extremely efficient making us very happy with our choice of Nelson's :-)

I called the Nelson to repair my old Nelson machine , Engineer told me that more economical to buy a new one then repair !!
They gave me the price and i accepted as they promised within 2 days time they put machine and work well.
