When I recieved my new laptop bought through Amazon marketplace. I could tell it had been opened, resealed and repacked badly resulting in a small dent on the bottom.

When I contacted Nemolaptops they admitted they had opened it to test the power supply as previous ones in the same batch had an issue.

I believe this is a genuine mistake and they have Ben very open and apologetic through the process. They agreed to refund me £50. It was still a lot of bother and I am sitting with a new laptop with a tiny dent in it.

While there is always the option to return with Amazon, the model is end of line and pretty much sold out everywhere so there is nothing for a comparable price available at the moment and no guarantee I will spot it when it does.

I had a laptop that had many faults and was 'as slow as a week in the jail'! I discovered the repair service offered by Nemo Laptops and choose to make contact to find out if they could help. They replied instantly and confirmed that they could help and also improve the speed of my laptop by fitting an SSD drive.
When my machine was returned, I was blown away with how well and quickly it now works. Start up (BOOT) used to take ten minutes, now it takes 30 seconds - amazing and all at value for money charges.

This store is where I just bought my HP Pavillion. They packed my item religiously so it wouldn't get broken during shipping. The laptop I got was just as good as it said it was. If you want laptops, I suggest you go to this store instead.

An excellent service and very competitive pricing. Post sales service and support is one of the best I have experienced! Highly recommended.
