Neocarbon Stem Device in black
This stem device is almost as good as the one my physical therapist use, it’s worth the money. This device has many options to choose from, 3 modes Tens, EMS and Relax, there are 12 programs to each mode which is nice to have so many options depending on what kind of pain you are trying to treat. For me the Tens mode program 8 works really well for my chronic nerve pain I have, it is a constant shock to the muscles and nerves, the intensity level goes up to 20. There are several replacement pads that come with this device, the battery life is pretty good, I get several uses out of it before I have to fully charge it again. The only con to this device is I have had to replace the pads after 5 uses, the stickiness to the pads fades and no longer sticks to the skin, I did everything right, made sure my skin is clean and dry and when I am not using the device I stick the pads to the plastic stick pad holder it comes with, that is the only thing I wish is the pads lasted longer before replacing them.

WOW!!!!
WOW! I am not impressed easily; however, I want your company to know how impressed I am! My 1st impression was just reading your user manual..it was so thorough, detailed and professional. Also, the graphics, attention to details, repetition of important safety information as well as tips for easier use and the method/approach communicating to the user/customer left me without ANY confusion or questions! Secondly, the little extra reference card for pad placement was also a nice touch. Just an extremely well designed, professional user manual. Lastly, the actual device was easy to use. The device sized perfectly and convenient to use. I have zero complaints and I would champion this product to anyone that needs or trying to decide on a TENS unit! SO THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH FOR DESIGNING, IMPROVING AND BRINGING THIS AMAZING PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS!!
