BBQ delivered smashed to bits. Purchased via Wowcher.
Neo direct finally replied to my email Friday offering a collection of the item. I emailed back immediately to confirm and yet I have heard nothing back from them.
Case raised with my bank now as it’s pretty obvious I won’t be getting a timely response from Neo direct. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t reply to emails.

Absolutel non existent customer service! I bought FOUR cooling tower fans - I had THREE delivered. Now I know it’s partly down to the incompetence of evri for messing up the delivery. However you can’t get through to anyone at neo and when you do you get absolutely no help or assistance at all. First and last time I will be buying anything from this company
This problem is not with evri - this problem is with you - I have sent message after message and ignored and then when I did provide the order number you refused to give me a refund because you said they had been delivered! 3 were delivered not 4 and I would never accept anything but a refund from yourselves as your service has been a disgrace

I ordered a bbq and when it arrived it was completely damaged beyond all measure. It was bought through Marketplace on Debenhams. I contacted both Debenhams and Neo Direct immediately, stating I wanted them to process an immediate return and refund as per their returns policy. I was contacted 2 days later by Neo and I confirmed I wanted a refund as I had now bought another bbq to cater for an event I had originally needed this one for. Neo stated they would process a return yet I then received a message from Debenhams stating that Neo had sent a replacement which I DO NOT WANT.
They also said they did not require the originally delivered and damaged bbq to be returned so they clearly don’t want it back, hence why they are trying to push a replacement.
Just give me the refund.

Placed an order on the 24th for an air cooler and paid an extra £5 for fast delivery. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but never did. The tracking has not updated at all and only says “we are expecting it”. I have also tried contacting support multiple times with no response. This is extremely disappointing and I would like an update on my order and delivery as soon as possible.

Ordered a fan paid extra for next day delivery, no further update from courier said it is still with the seller. Sent multiple emails and made phone calls to seller have had no response

Rude and dismissive customer service. Definitely will not re-order from this company. Ice-maker lasted less than a year before leaking and whilst not under warranty, no fix ideas, just a defensive email:-
We are so sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with this, however, this is no longer within the warranty period. This applies from the date of purchase therefore we are unfortunately not obliged to repair or replace the item.
We also confirm this within our terms and conditions which were agreed to when the order was originally placed.
Therefore, we can only advise you to fully dispose of this and repurchase a new one. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered some garden chairs had the large ones so could wrap a blanket around comfortably when sat outside at night. Excellent product and great customer service. Thanks
🚨absolutely appalling - avoid avoid avoid . They are also on Amazon, be careful! Worst ever from beginning to end! Dreadful would rather put my money in the bin than put it there way!

Very helpful service from Grace in customer support
After a bit of a hiccup with a few items missing from my garden trolly, neo direct dealt with the issue immediately sending a replacement. Their customer services were perfect. I'm confident the trolly will do me very well. Very confident in buying from them in the future.
Bought an item from these cowboys on Amazon. It should have been delivered within two days. Six days later, after I'd asked where my delivery was I was issued a refund with no explanation about what had happened.

Quick delivery, no problem with goods . Although did contact via email for info on return of product which was answered quickly . In the end there was no need to return my product
After DPD lost the bar stools I contacted Customer Services at Neo Direct, great service and received them the following morning, also a Great product.
Neo have been nothing but helpful. They have replied immediately to my emails,they gave me a day for my parcel to be picked up and it was done. Excellent.

Ordered a steam mop which worked fabulously and I was extremely happy with it. I had a problem with it and the wonderful customer service team sorted it out very quickly with clear, concise emails. 10 out of 10!
The ladder was difficult use from a safety point of view
Excellent customer service could not fault the correspondence and rectified the issue within a week.
