It was my first time having a Hydrafacial, and I’m so glad I went to see Nurse Jo! She was so professional and friendly, and she really took the time to personalise the treatment based on my skin type. She explained every step clearly and made me feel completely at ease. My skin has never felt so rejuvenated and glowy! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Nurse Jo to everyone :)

Jo is the very best – can’t recommend Neo Health Clinic enough. One of the most knowledgeable professionals I’ve come across, every time I see her, she knows exactly how to achieve the results I’m after — always natural, fresh, and beautifully subtle.

What I appreciate most is that I never have to come in with tons of research or questions. She takes the time to explain everything during the consultation, covering exactly what I need to know and making sure I feel informed and comfortable. Her standards are incredibly high — she only introduces latest treatments that are thoroughly tested and genuinely effective (ignoring the hype), and you can tell she truly cares about doing what’s best for each client.

On top of that, she’s just so lovely to be around — kind, fun, and uplifting. We always have a laugh, and I leave every appointment feeling great and excited to see the results.

Jo is an amazing Aesthetic Nurse and I highly recommend her. She treated my son for severe acne scarring on his face using Potenza. She was extremely professional, patiente and gentle in her approach making the whole experience very easy and straightforward for my son. She took the time to explain the entire process comprehensively and provided very useful advice on how to manage his scars going forward. Two weeks after the session I could already see very positive improvements results and my son was very pleased.

Jo was so brilliant! She is incredibly knowledgeable not just about injectables and current available procedures, but also about skin and body function on a molecular level. I had questions, generally, about products I use, how best to aid in graceful, beautiful ageing, and Jo had intelligent, well researched answers for everything. Delightfully friendly and trustworthy too - I felt safe and non-pressured in her care. Have already recommended her to others!

Similarly, Zoe was a total gem in making all the booking processes easy, also had answers to every question I had, was efficient and timely, and so fun to chat with on the phone. She instantly made me feel at ease about the appointment generally and was complimentary and displayed trust in her own team, to the point it felt like walking into a space I’d been to a million times on my first visit.

I had a Hypertrophic scar on my cheek and struggled to shave without nicking it and it bleeding.
I had 3 sessions of Potenza and PicoSure laser with Nurse Jo and the scar had significantly reduced over the 3 sessions. The scar has a smoother texture and no longer struggle or bleed whilst shaving. Be sure to take progress pictures!

I had a hydra facial and anti wrinkle injections with Jo- she was amazing. Jo is so knowledgeable about all things skin related and is also so passionate. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease throughout the procedure. Jo is so friendly and amazing at what she does. 5*** Service. Couldn't reccomend her more !! Big big thank you to Jo.

My experience with Jo was just brilliant from start to finish. She immediately made me feel at ease and she was honest, knowledgeable and offered experienced advice in her assessment about what sort of Botox I should have. I am so happy with the results! Extremely impressed & delighted with the two treatments at NEO Health Clinic .My experience with Jo was very good, and nothing could have been done better. I really can't say enough about Jo. She is an amazing person. I feel extremely lucky to have found her and will never trust my face to anyone but her again.  I highly recommend the Microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and Hydrafacial treatments. It took years off of my face.

I had a hydrafacial with Jo. I'd never had one before so didn't know what to expect. It was amazing. Jo is genuinely lovely and cares about what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Nurse Jo is absolutely amazing. She is very caring and takes a lot of pride in her work. I felt very comfortable with her as she explained the best treatments and products for me. I had Potenza, micro-needling with meso, and hydrafacials, and I saw immediate improvements to my skin. The results were incredible, and I couldn't be happier. She is one of London’s best… if not the best. Highly recommended.

Amazing! I’ve had such a great experience from the start to the finish. I was a little bit nervous about the pain when it came to the Potenza treatment however everything was so well explained to me that I was put at ease and the numbing cream definitely helped. Nurse Jo is definitely an expert in her field!!! I can’t wait for the results!

Great service and surprisingly a great price. Also didn’t realise all their doctors and nurses are specialist in their field but it shows. If your thinking of having anything tweaked go for it I can’t recommend this place enough 5 stars.
