I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very negative experience I had with one of your representatives.
The representative called me first. From the very beginning of the conversation, she was unprofessional and even threatened that she would not process my order.
She then attempted to register me under a different country, even though I am located in the United States. When I clearly requested to be registered under the U.S. link instead, she refused. Furthermore, she became rude, raised her voice, and stated that she did not want to continue speaking with me or assist me with the U.S. registration.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect professional customer service standards.
Due to this experience, I no longer wish to be associated with NeoLife, purchase your products, or recommend your company to others.

Idk what these 1 star reviews are for lol. I’ve been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issues with shipping,I’ve never not loved any product,Yes,its MLM but I’m not interested in that I just love their products and trust them 100%. They are expensive tho!!

Neolife Supplements are the Very Best, I started taking them almost a year ago and I have never felt better and although I am somewhat healthy at 58 my blood work and levels were fantastic the last time I was at my Doctor for a routine check up. They ship quickly and are very professional when dealing with ordering products. I also appreciate that they only use Organic quality Food grade ingredients in their products.

Been waiting on my parcel for two weeks now with little hope of receiving it. Their customer service is one of the worst ones Ive seen, like actually do not really care about their customers at all. You would think you would get a better experience when ordering for 200 pounds. Never again
