My order took a very long time to arrive. The problem was the shipping companies not the manufacturer. The only reason I give 4 stars is there was no communication about the delay and shipping problems. I did receive the product and the company has fixed the shipping problem.

for categories: glass tube signs and neon signs. DHL ecommerce or ups shipping - only for US 48 orders is now applied. "48 US" - 98/100 parcels ship with DHL
Bought the sign for my brother and he loved it. Looks great in his man cave.

I received my order but it took about 3 months to be delivered. This is not the fault of the seller. The sign is not what I expected. I thought the cord was longer and easier to move. The sign looks good when it's lit up. I think it's overpriced though for the size and the materials used to make it. Nice enough looking, nothing to get excited about. Seller was very accommodating and easy to do business with. I would recommend the seller, just not the sign. Thank you.

I'm sorry this happened. As far as I remember, you were not satisfied with the lack of an on / off switch, if I am not mistaken I made a partial refund for this inconvenience.
I also ask you to understand that production in the USA or the EU is simply too expensive and it will not be realistic to sell or buy. I'm sorry I didn't live up to your expectations. Thank you for being - honest.
P.S. Even in such an inexpensive country as Ukraine, only Airmail will have only a transportation price of $ 20. For the USA and the EU, the production itself is too expensive.
It seems to us that producing to China, India or any other country is the norm for the modern World, but I also understand that there was a problem with the speed of delivery with the onset of the crisis "COVID19". Delivery problem is now 98 percent resolved for 48 US - 98/100 parcels - now ship DHL e-commerce.
