Very fast shipping even from across the pond, and the extras that were packed in with my purchase were very cute!

Communication was great. They updated me through every step in delivery. My toy of choice has a nice velvety, soft touch to it. The custom pour I ordered came (Ha!) with mini-gummies that were very delicious.

I've ordered several of their toys (most of them custom pours) over the past few years and I've never had any issues. They always come out just as (or oftentimes better than) expected. If you try to get in touch, the people you talk to are the same people designing and pouring your toys and it shows. No notes.

Nice cotton bag for storage and well described basic care of the items.
I love the adoption cards with the information of the date the material was poured and the name of the artist who made it. There are extensive informations on the backside about how to use and basic care. And I love the Minis that came with each of the items, they are so cute! And there was a mini bag of candy with each item, thanks a lot!
All in all a very positive experience. You get quality and good value for the money. I look forward to try out the items.
I highly recommend this company and if you have special requests, you can build your own item from scratch. Just select the model and then you can specify how you want it, size, colors, firmness, etc. You can even decide the designs of the storage bags.
