Never received item but more importantly never even got any shipping information! After a month I requested a refund! They stopped the order without refunding anything! Basically paid $40.00 for nothing! What a rip off! Save yourself trouble!

Defective Jars delivered

I received my Neptune tallow cream and
2 of 3 jars were defective. Not sure if they leaked or if the jars cracked during shipping. Regardless I reached out to the vendor and they want to charge me to ship the jars back. This is unacceptable for the company to put shipping charges back on the consumer when it’s clearly not the consumers fault. I have emailed them several times and they still expect me to pay for shipping. So just be aware of this before you order. I will eat the shipping charge because the creams are useless to me as they’ve been contaminated because the jars leaked or cracked. I sent them pictures for proof.

After reviewing the situation and the photos provided, the jars themselves were not cracked or broken. It appears there was some leakage during transit, which can occasionally happen due to temperature changes or carrier handling.

That said, we want to be clear — we have offered a replacement at no cost to resolve the issue. We do not expect customers to keep unusable product, and we are more than willing to make it right.

Not pleased with product and NOT PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am not pleased with the product and tried to request a refund as advertised on their website. The contact link does not function which I didn't find out until I had wasted my time completing the form with information and explanations. I then tried to email the company directly, but after 2+ weeks there is still no response. There is no phone # for customer service. The product is not for all skin types and their customer service is ZERO.

Broken jars, crappy shipping and not worth the money!

*UPDATE: Neptune got back to me. Requested pictures of the packaging (there was nothing wrong with the package itself) and stated they will send me new jar. I will update further at a later time. *
I have very sensitive skin and need to be careful what I use so I was skeptical of trying this product. I started with the magnesium balm which I was using for a sore elbow and knee. It did seem to help and I did not have a reaction so I decided to try the face balm. All three of my jar were damaged. Two had broken lids and one jar was completely shattered, rendering the contents completely unusable. Turns out, the product is poorly packaged, not marked “fragile” in any way and delivered by UniUni who does not give a rats butt about deliveries. Frankly, I am surprised I received it at all as my last two packages (from another company) shipped through UniUni said delivered but were most definitely NOT. Do yourself a favor: order the beef tallow and Manuka honey from Amazon and make your own salve. That is what I plan on doing.

I’ve been trying to send an email…

I’ve been trying to send an email through the company’s website for several days, but it keeps saying, “something went wrong.” I used the email listed in contact us but that just returns an “error.”
And (this site won't allow links), this is the message when trying to rate this company.
"Sorry, we don't allow links in reviews. Please edit your review."
I can’t send anything, and there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact the company.

A BIG NO!!

A BIG NO!!! Let me say if I could give it a zero I would. Does not work as advertised, causes clogged pores, causes breakouts, does not hydrate and customer service is terrible and deceitful! They do not honor their advertisement at all! Don’t waste your money!!

UNETHICAL SHIPPING PROVIDER IS RUINING YOUR BRAND REPUTATION

I am writing this review as it relates to the horrendous delivery service that they use. It's not a review of the actual product because I never received it.

Neptune's shipping details on their website clearly state that they ship through USPS. This is clearly not the case as my order has been mishandled by this HORRENDOUS 3rd party shipping company called OnTrac. This companies customer review ratings on Trustpilot and the BBB could not be more horrendous with an average 1.1 star rating. Thousands of reviews and complaints. THOUSANDS.

Why are you doing business with such an unethical company? My package never arrived. Delivery date/window kept changing and pushed back then never arrived. This was to be delivered to a business address with a security monitored front desk. All delivery arrivals are tracked and logged. We get packages daily without problems. This delivery service never showed up because they would be on camera. They are liars and scammers.

You lost a customer before I could even try your product. STOP USING THIS DELIVERY COMPANY.

You also need to disclose on your website that you do in fact use shady, 3rd party delivery services like OnTrac. That is not the USPS. Very disappointing because I would have never placed an order in the first place if I had to deal with the grief of trying to hunt down my package.

Ordered a 4oz jar, was sent 3oz! They won’t fix it

I ordered a 4oz jar and it was on sale like 40% off so they sent me a 3 oz jar even tho my order confirmation says 4oz jar and I brought that to their attention and they’re now arguing with me saying they changed the amount they sent bc the cost has went up. Well then they shouldn’t have sold me a 4 oz jar for that price then. How’s it my fault that they changed the price after I already ordered it? I’m just so upset and confused that they did this to me and are refusing to fix it! I’m probably gonna fight the charge bc it’s totally not fair to change my order after I already paid for it!!!

The grass fed tallow from Neptune…

The grass fed tallow from Neptune Health is such a great product! It keeps my face moisturized and dewy all day long. Have seen a huge difference in my face this month already. Looking forward to the results in months to come. Will definitely continue using it!

Product broke out my face and they lie about refunds.

DO NOT BUY Neptune Tallow and Honey for your skin! I have been trying to contact these people for about two weeks to report issues with it breaking out my skin and wanting my refund, as they promise to give. However, I got notice today, after about 5 emails to various people there, that if I want to get my refund I would have to return the jar and the postage and shipping was on me. This not only broke out me face in a rash or small pimples, but it has a farm like smell though they claim it is unscented. I wanted to send it back for testing as I thought that they would like to check the batch, but no they want you to spend a minimum of $13 to ship the bad product back. BAD customer service and false advertising and the product is not what they say!

Terrible Customer Service !!! UPDATED !!!

AND NOW... they respond to my review saying they sent me ruturn instructions! I'm sorry that is a straight out lie! I have the email thread. When I FINALLY got a response I was told the return had to have been within 14 of purchase... I most CERTAINLY DID NOT get any instructions for returning the items! I had hade peace with not getting my money back... and chalked it up to a lesson learned... but this lie is INSULTING!!!! I see a class action lawsuit in the near future! Shame on you Neptune Health! It's companies like this, with dishonest and shoddy customer service, that ruin online shopping! I am sorry that you folks do not have enough faith in your product to run your business with honesty and integrity!

Nettune Health has been terribly disappointing. I purchased their grass fed beef Tallow with honey with the promise of a satisfaction guarantee ... and returns and refunds. I was even foolish enough to buy into the extra jars of beef tallow... at a ONE TIME low price!
The product just isn't for me... but this isn't about the product... it's about the company's lack of customer service and integrity.
I finally did receive one email saying they'd help with my return... asking how many opened jars...and I have replied multiple times. And no responses back.. a month later now. They have my dollars and they intend to keep them!
I went to the "contact us" on their site... and it doesn't exist, I get an error code every time.

Update: I finally received an email telling me I had to have initiated a return withing 2 weeks! Even though they clearly advertise 60 day money back guarantee. And their own information says you need to use it a month to see real results.

However, we have not heard back regarding the return. As indicated in our instructions, the return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of the instructions.

Terrible Experience - They are not officially registered…

They are not officially registered anywhere with BBB or the state they operate in. The products did not work for me. They keep changing the rules of returning and refunding. Their website says easy returns or I don't even have to return if I'm not happy and contact within 60 days. I contacted in a week and offered to send everything back.
Drips and drabs and threats for refund. NOT EASY to deal with. DO NOT BUY. BUY FROM A LEGITIMATE seller.
Fraudulent sales / shops are too easy these days.

I ordered on December 6 th

I ordered on December 6 th, 2025. The shipping is horrible. Now the 23 rd, 2025 and still product shows stuck in Chicago…. We have pretty much the same weather as Chicago…I said if I don’t receive before Christmas I will do a charge back… well looks like they don’t think I will get it before then because an email stated they have credited my account. We will see how long that takes. Never got to try the product so therefore nothing to say.

Customer service makes this business seem shady

I am anxious to use this product, but after reading reviews I am skeptical. I too, received 3 jars which one of the jars has a broken lid. I cannot get through to them. When I fill out the contact form it will not accept it and loops me right back around. It seems if the product is this expensive they would use better packaging, as I see other reviews complaining about broken jars and not getting responses from the company. It sounds very shady to me. I will look for a different company with a similiar product, if I like this, to do business with in the future.

74.00-70% off on the Black Friday is not true

I’ve been using the product for a month now I do feel that it is more moisturizing, but it’s not fading dark spots or taking away any wrinkles. I’m almost out of the first bottle and I do like the moisture so I was going to purchase another where they had a black Friday deal for 75% off. Well if you bought two and got one free it came to $74 but when you put the code in for the 75% off, it adds back your shipping charges and only reduces the amount by $14 where is the 75% off…obviously I exited out and did not make the purchase but I wish they’d be upfront and not take advantage of people when making a purchase.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money! It’s so expensive but I thought, “Hey it’s getting a lot of social media posts let’s check it out!” It’s awful! It’s like spreading petroleum jelly all over your face!” Then you wake up and have grease stains on your pillow! And the return process??? You get 14 days to try it and send it back before they refuse a refund! Who out there can tell a NOTABLE difference with wrinkles in 14 days??? I wouldn’t bother! Just go buy yourself a jar of Vaseline, you’ll get the same result!

Their ad says 60 day money back…

Their ad says 60 day money back guarantee but when I asked for my money back they claim that the 60 days are only for product damaged or missing in shipment. Nowhere on the order page do you see that. You have 14 days, which wouldn't be enough time to see if it does anything, and who would wait 60 days if their shipment was damaged or never arrived? I would gve
no stars if that was an option.
