Great business, they actually had figures I couldn't find anywhere else, everything is legit, like real product, not knock offs, they shipped insanely quickly, and their prices are better than all the other places I shop for collectible figures.

Received my latest order from Matt and Anna last week for the Frazetta Warrior from Savage Crucible, and when I went to pop out one of the cape clips that come pre-installed on the figure, I managed to pull the stem of it from the clip, breaking it.

So I messaged Nerdzoic to ask if they had any parted out figures or returns, fully acknowledging that it was my fault for the breakage and that I was more than willing to buy that part from them if they had any spares.

They said they would part out one of their figures and get back to me after they did. Well today I received a "care package" in the mail from them, with not only the replacement clip I asked to buy, but both clips and the cape.

They had sent it to me free of charge. This level of customer service seems so rare nowadays unfortunately.

So thank you to Matt, Anna, and all the team at Nerdzoic. This is why I'm such a loyal customer, and why I'll keep buying from you when I can.
