Hidden fees!!
I was redirected to Nero Legal by comparing solicitors quote online. They had a very low basic fee but charge a separate fee for almost everything else including phone calls, posting of letters, dealing with lenders etc.. They will also charge a separate fee for dealing with almost all the lenders. Although these fees are mentioned in their terms of business, they were still the costliest solicitors I got the quotes from. So if you are using them please read their terms of business carefully.

All of the correspondence I had with…
All of the correspondence I had with Rachael from Nero legal was extremely professional and always provided clarity and a feeling of being supported with any issue. Rachael was both friendly and professional whilst always making it clear that she was available to discuss any issue re the sale of my house. Each step of the process has been relatively smooth as far as it has been within Rachaels remit and power to effectively address all of my concerns and questions. I would recommend this firm to others.

Good, reliable and trustworthy
I have used Nero Legal a few times now and they have always been excellent and provided a great service. I am just about to sell another home and I will be using them again. It is Ashleigh Dollin who I deal with and she is friendly and very knowledgeable. Nero legal are a good company you can trust.
