If there were no stars, I would do that. I ordered two products. The neck one worked, and I loved it. But the Lumbar Relief Pro did not work at all. I sent multiple emails to even replace the product to no avail. Then I asked for a refund if not replacing, and still no response. It is ridiculous. I just wanted support for back relief. But it is like they don't exist after purchase. No phone number to call, only email.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this company. I ordered a product on Jan 3rd and still have not received it and it’s the middle of March. Customer service will reply and just tell you it’s in transit. I got scammed

I was so excited to receive this product, which unfortunately did not work for me at all. I was actually interested in other products on the site however I will not be trusting this company ever again, as I have been trying to return the item for nearly two months now. I’ve had multiple correspondences with someone who keeps saying they will send me a pre-paid mailing label, but they do not. I never write reviews but this is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive product. I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of service and will never purchase here again.

I ordered the product because it says the shipping time was typically 5-8 days. We are now approaching week 3 and there have been zero tracking updates. I reached out several days ago and was informed that it will arrive within a "few days". Still nothing.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The entire experience feels deceptive. The company is actually based in China, but they do not make this clear anywhere on their site. They refuse to provide a return label or cover return shipping costs, and instead insist that they will only issue a refund after they receive the product back—at a China-based address. Returning it would cost a significant amount, and it seems obvious they rely on customers giving up because of the high shipping cost.
It took them over a month just to ship the item, and when it finally arrived, the product was poorly made and completely ineffective. Overall, this feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

This is a scam do not order they never respond. I ordered mine last year and nothing. The tracking number they gave is fake. This company will take your money. You have been warned.

I ordered a cervcal pro from NerviLabs in Jan. 8, 2026. It is Feb15th and I still do not have any shipping information. I’ve bought other international products that have never taken this long. Stay away from this company !! They sell the same product at Amazon / go there!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This company is a scam. If they have good reviews is because they produced them. The company advertises as a US company but it is in China. It takes a couple of months to get your incomplete items that are crappy anyway, and then they refuse to accept any returns. They are obviously not a reputable company. Total scam!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company does not live up to anything they promise.
Shipment #1 was supposed to include two items. Only one item arrived, and it was not the product advertised. That alone feels deceptive and unacceptable.
Shipment #2 never arrived at all. According to the tracking history, it cleared U.S. customs almost a month and a half ago. Since then, the status has been all over the place. First marked “out for delivery” with nothing delivered, then suddenly updated to say it was picked up overseas again. On top of that, I received a delivery notice from the post office stating the package had unpaid postage and was being returned to the sender. Completely contradictory information and no resolution.
Customer service responds quickly, but that’s where the positives end. Every response is vague and dismissive, filled with generic apologies like “sorry for the confusion,” without actually addressing the issues or offering a real solution. It feels like a runaround rather than support.
Between missing items, incorrect products, undelivered packages, and empty customer service responses, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend staying away.

I paid $$$ for a massage device and they sent a drawing device and a bottle of oil. No customer service because it is a terrible SCAM. One star is too much.

The product is great, and customer service is fast and human!

Total scam. I requested refund and they tried to “explain” how I should use it to be satisfied. Back and forth and then sent me some bogus address in chyna and no return slip /RMA. Then promised to send that and never did. Total junk product and definitely a chynese scam money laundering God knows what else they sponsor! Should be illegal for these companies to sell their crap here in the USA! Zero stars would still not be low enough

I was very happy with how quickly the product arrived after ordering. I am also amazed by the strength and grip of the massager.

It's great for my neck and my legs too. I hope they make more products.

Haven’t received my order yet It’s been like 11 or 12 days

The product arrived promptly, seems to be functioning well. Fairly easy to use, relieves the pain and discomfort in my neck. Other, related, symptoms, pain and numbness in my arms have lessened as well.

The wait was a bit long, but my massager is helping my neck and back. I took it to PT to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my therapy. All the therapists took pictures of it so they could research it. I got the OK to use it between appointments. Definitely worth the money

These people are buying fake reviews! I bought two massagers for myself and my family. They never arrived, and they made excuses about problems, etc. I requested a refund, and after almost a month, I still don't have my products or my money back. This is a complete scam! Don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money. These people are professional scammers. The company is based in Slovenia. The owner of this scam is named Tilen Hajsek.

I ordered the back massager with them on 12/9. Their generic tracking that shows to my town (but not my exact address) shows it was delivered but it never was. For weeks they've told me they're contacting the shipping company but they just talk to circles and don't actually help. I would avoid ordering from them.

Unbelievable! They said they would honor my request for a full refund if not received by Jan. 13th. That hasn’t occured! Checked tracking and said it was delivered on Jan 23rd to my local post office for pick up. Post office says its on hold for fraudulent postage and if I wanted it, a cost of $10.95 would have to be paid. So much for prompt and free shipping. To make matter worse, I am traveling and have to have a family member follow up with the post office to rectify the issue. Total BS! Nervi offered a discount for additional products following my first review but why would anyone trust them any further following this fiasco and terrible customer service?
