I recently used Nesa’s eSIM during my trip to Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto), and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The mobile data connection was flawless the entire time: fast, and stable.
Installation was super easy, even on my iPhone 11, which is already considered a bit old, but everything worked perfectly without any issues.
What really stood out to me is the price. Nesa is much more affordable compared to other companies, yet the quality is top-notch.
I highly recommend Nesa to anyone traveling abroad. It’s convenient, budget-friendly, and works exactly as promised!

Works great! I bought a cheap eSIM for travel, unfortunately I found out my phone does not support eSIM functionality. So I contacted Nesa and got refunded no problem, great service! My friend used Nesa and he had no problems so I would recommend it.

Been using Nesa for 6 months now while travelling and haven’t had any issues. It’s cheap, works great and you can choose many different plans.
I had a small issue where instead of recharging a sim card, i purchased a new one and support was extremely quick to solve my problem, no questions asked. Very happy!

Ho acquistato da Nesa una e-sim per il mio viaggio in Giappone.
Nonostante il prezzo molto competitivo, il servizio è stato eccellente. Dopo l'acquisto ho ricevuto la mail con le istruzioni per l'installazione ed una volta atterrato a Tokyo era subito operativa.
Per tutti i 17 giorni di utilizzo ho avuto una connessione costante in 4g senza cali di prestazioni. Solo in un paio di occasioni quando mi trovavo in posti montani, sono stato qualche minuto senza rete.
Con la app è poi possibile tenere sotto controllo la SIM ed i dati utilizzati in modo molto semplice.
In ogni caso, assolutamente consigliato!

I was a bit sceptic because of the low price but once I saw they were very active on Reddit I decided to give them a try: I've stumbled upon a major Orange outage during my trip and their assistance was remarkable. They gave me another esim for free backed by a different provider and I'm currently writing this review with it. Thanks!

I have just purchased an ESIM for North African country. I will complete this review when I return from vacation, after having experienced the advantages/disadvantages of this product...

But, at first step, I'm already upset and must point it out regarding application (on IOS):
Right at opening, application requests registration (with numbered password sent by email). The particularity on iPhone is when form is numeric, iPhone "locks" the screen with a PERMANENT numeric keypad! With no way to remove it! (This is a stupidity made in Apple, which angers the entire community)... Unfortunately, Apple is stubborn, we have to accept it...

Thus, the confirm button is hidden behind...
THERE IS NO WAY TO LOG IN, so no way to use the (IOS) application !!!
(People using Iphone and who are afraid to set it manually, find another company)

When you're an engineer, an app developer, it's unforgivable not to have checked this before putting it in the Apple Store! This is already causing you to lose 50% of our trust in your products...
(If you want help ? Use Alpha-numeric caracters for displaying ISO a normal keyboard, or move "send" button on top, over keyboard)

Let's wait and see how long they take to fix this...
And what the outcome will be when I return from vacation...
