I bought $509 USD worth of homeware items. The advent calender arrived missing a drawer. The black containers arrived fine although they were very cheap quality and I was completely overcharged for the item. The other $250 USD worth of items- a wall hanging and champagne coupes have never arrived and they keep saying it's being shipped. It's now 8 months of repeated emails with no result. It's drop shipped from China and crap cheap quality. They invested in marketing and photography, not the goods. Buyer beware!

SCAM! I purchased glasses in February 2021. They never arrived. I chased them up and finally got a response to say the order I was cancelled and I needed to pay again, but never got a refund! They admitted that the order was never cancelled and refund was never issued but REFUSED to refund my money in August 2021. I have made formal complaint to Shopify and am pursuing other avenues now to get my money back from this scam. They have also blocked me from their social media so I don’t leave a negative comment and so they can continue to scam others.

I purchased a set of jewelry trays from them and they are junk. The 3 tier one is very wobbly and cannot be tightened up. The 2 tier one is made differently and is made out of different material and is scratched. Repeated emails and pictures sent as requested. The number supplied is not answered. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t buy from them.

This is the worst shopping experience of my life. Products took 4 months to arrive and one order was wrong: instead of a salad plate, I got a regular plate. No one apologized to my complaints and they kept asking me to wait. Prices dropped by 50% a month after I had purchased. No accountability, it's just the carriers' problem. Change carriers, dudes!

I am in the same situation. Order plates four months ago, getting the run around. Will try to get my money back. This should be taken down from the web and facebook.

Complete sham - products took 3 months to be delivered and were chipped on arrival - representative refused to acknowledge or address above, playing company “policy card” on defective product is despite extenuating and provable circumstances. Tracking didn’t work, poor turnaround in response time for complaints and other correspondence. Definitely DO NOT purchase from this sham of an organisation.

I also ordered the Elahi plates (2 of them) to give my friend as a housewarming gift. That was on March 2nd. I too keep getting the run-around! The "tracking" they give you is bogus, it just says it's in transit and that's all, it doesn't tell you where, in the pipeline, they are. All responses from their "customer service" say the same thing -- that "they're on their way, not to worry." They also offered a 30% discount for me to order another item. As if I would spend another dime on this non-existent store! Do not purchase a single thing from this "store." Also, they show up in my email all the time to purchase from them -- you should know a company is crap when the tag line says, "For your dinning experience." As of May 31st, no word, no delivery. I went to my bank to dispute the charge and although the charge is over 60 days old, my bank is trying to get my money back due to the fact that I showed them the back and forth emails. Good luck to us all!

I ordered 2 of the Elahi plates from Nest & Land in late December of 2020. It is now May 11, 2021 and I still have not received the plates. I have contacted 'customer service' about 6+ times in the last 4-1/2 months and they always tell me the plates are on their way. I recently asked to cancel this order and to receive a refund but they said they can't give me one because my order was processed. I believe I have been scammed. I will never order from this company again. There is no 'customer service' and they apparently do not care at all about customer satisfaction.

This is a total scam! Fraud! I spent hundreds of dollars on an order in January. They don’t respond, they don’t answer the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them.

Nest&Land is a complete sham. It does not ship its goods in a timely manner, does it communicate much of anything, and strings you along for months. For those who want to pursue further action, here is the information of the business representative:

Misleading information - very deceptive practices.

I ordered 6 plates at $64.99 each spending $400 on January 23rd This year. We are almost in April and I’ve not received anything!!! I follow up almost every week via email and I get the same response-“it is being shipped”- they gave me tracking information and when i follow the link - it’s in Chinese! This is so frustrating and I am so upset for ordering from here! But still hopeful I will get my merchandise and not lose $400 and have to take legal action. Awful customer service!

Recently purchased 6 BILLIE GLASS COUPEs from this site. They are the greatest rip off. First they took weeks to arrive. They were advertised as superior quality glasses but when 1 glass arrived it was much smaller than shown and the glass is cheap and poor quality. Avoid purchasing from this site!
