Poor quality jars, many of them received in broken conditions
Don't trust the storage jars, however the serving plates are good quality

The delivery was on time. The product is designed as an apt one for fruit storage on table.
No insect can come inside the wire mesh . The air circulation is fine inside. More than that , you can see the fruit from outside and will never forget to eat! I bought one for me and one for my son also.

The worst company service and customer support ever. They loot you outright and then don't respond showcasing absolute incompetence

I ordered an insulated tumbler bottle, and it arrived damaged with a water leakage problem. I requested a return and a refund to my original payment method. However, the system only offers a wallet refund, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, nobody has responded to my return request, and the bottle has not been collected yet. This is extremely disappointing and poor service. Please resolve this immediately.

The quality is nice it's sturdy and the colour options are nice

I had a disturbing experience with Nestasia.. I have been a frequent buyer and was a fan of the Nestasia products. Unfortunately this time the fluted glass container set that I ordered had one damaged lid.. Nestasia was good enough to exchange it but within a couple of days of buying and without use the other ones also started ripping.. Nestasia insisted that I buy the other lids. I tried to make them understand that it wasn’t my fault so why should I buy.. they should replace the lids ,but they didn’t agree owing to their policies.They have policies that are not customer friendly at all.
If Nestasia is such a reputable company why are the products faulty..?
I have lost faith in their products as well as their policies….!!

I bought glasses and dessert sets from nestasia.
However I received dessert sets only and that too were of other designs rather than ordered initially. And the glasses set was entirely missing from the package. Even after paying the whole amount I'm struggling to get resolution from them through whatsapp and mail from 4 days and still today they said they need 72 hours more to investigate.
Guys please don't buy anything from this brand this a pure scam.
They don't take care about the customers at all. They are only looting money for the products they don't even send or send different items.

I ordered two sets of plates, with four plates in each set, making a total of eight plates. However, when I received the order, there were only two plates in the package.

I contacted Nestasia, and they replied that each “set” contained only one plate. I then returned the order. After numerous emails and repeated follow-ups, they finally arranged the pickup. However, I received a refund for only one plate.

When I raised another complaint about the incomplete refund, they responded that they had not yet received the second plate. How is that even possible?

This is a great way to fool and cheat customers. It has been a truly pathetic experience.

I have been a customer of Nestasia for a while and generally like their product aesthetics. This time, I bought a pair of coffee mugs from Nestasia meant as a gift for an occasion.
The product arrived damaged. I understand the nature of ceramics and damage in transit is possible. As a replacement wouldn't come within the gifting timeline, I requested Nestasia to refund to my original payment method upon return of the damaged product.

They refused.

Instead, I was asked to accept Nestasia Wallet points for a future purchase

This was not a "change of mind"/ discretionary return request. This return request was for a damaged product.

Fundamentally, I struggle to understand why a customer who paid real money and received damaged goods through no fault of their own should be required to accept store credit that can only be redeemed with the same retailer.

Here's the thing. I could easily let this go. The amount involved is small. What disappointed me was Nestasia's unwillingness to look beyond a blanket policy, even after acknowledging that the product was delivered damaged. Every interaction, from customer support through the final escalation, consisted of standard template responses repeating the same policy. There was no indication that anyone had genuinely considered whether applying a "store credit only" policy to an acknowledged damaged delivery was a fair outcome for the customer.

I have always believed that homegrown Indian brands deserve our support, but that support should be accompanied by accountability. When a customer pays for a product and receives it damaged, they should not have to make another purchase from the same retailer simply to recover the value of the money already paid. Having exhausted Nestasia's internal escalation, I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline for independent review.
I hope Nestasia uses this opportunity to reflect on whether its policies uphold the values of fairness, accountability, and putting customers first.

Worst service i have ever faced its been more than a month nobody is reaching me for my return pickup also WhatsApp number i have received is also giving fake commitments that there team will reach out to me for pickup.I am continuously following up with the team for same but have yet not recieved any help.
Never ever i will buy anything from this brand

Ordered 3 cushion covers out of which1 was defective - the zipper not working. Initially the WhatsApp customer care was very responsive saying we are there to help. They asked me to send a video showing the defect. I sent it. After that no one is responding to my messages. It’s a shame that a reputed brand does not answer customers when a fault is by them. Also there is no way to reach them on a call - they only provide WhatsApp or email support so really, it’s a one way traffic. I am stuck.

I purchased a fruit holder from Nestasia for ₹4,800. Later, I found the exact same product available in local markets for around ₹1,300. That means they are charging more than three times the actual market price for the very same item.

And this is not an isolated case. Almost every product on their website appears to be sold at exorbitant prices. For example, a simple glass set that typically costs ₹200 in the market is listed on their website for ₹1,200. The only difference is the brand name attached to it.

There is a huge difference between offering premium products and charging exorbitant prices for ordinary items that can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Customers are not fools, and such excessive markups feel exploitative and unjustified.

I strongly recommend that shoppers compare prices in local markets before purchasing from Nestasia. You may end up paying several times more for exactly the same product.

I am using water bottle but of no use. Cold water gets hot within 1-2 hours. I will not recommed to Nestasia products. Products are also very costly.
