I cannot say a bad word about the company. Ania was huge help in our first house buying experiance.

From the beginning of the process to the very end, she was very helpful and always kept us informed.

Whole process was very stressful as the purchase of the house we selected at the beginning has failed due to issues in forward chain. Then we found out that nationwide changed their rules for helping hand programme and we were devastated as we thought our plans to buy house will collapse, but Ania fought for our case, found out what we need to do in order to get our mortgage and was able to make our dreams come true.

Even that in the end we did not take the insurance which Razia found for us (as I work in insurance industry myself) , I can definitely can recommend her services. She was always available and provided us with a lot of information in regards of house and life insurance. Thanks to her huge knowledge it was much easier to search the market and find exactly what we need.

Finally I want to use the opportunity to one more time say THANK YOU to the whole company for all they did for us.

Any emails I sent were always replied within the same day or most of the time within the hr.

I can’t recommend Ania enough. This was my first house purchase but I had nearly gone through with a purchase earlier in the year with an online mortgage broker and the difference was night and day. Ania was always so easy to reach, incredibly responsive and actioned things straight away. Within a matter of days I had my mortgage offer, whereas it had taken several weeks with the online broker. As a first time buyer the process seemed daunting and uncertain however as soon as I started working with Ania I was clear on what I needed to do and what to expect.
