I bought servers from them and the servers are lagging like hell and the ddos protection is so bad even tho they tells its good. The customer service after buying is so low like 100% I got scammed

I bought lot of servers from them but still scammed me fore 5$ like wtf? Yeah Its big scam and runs from free trial vps etc. Its better you buy your own machine and run your things there!

Reliable service. Fair priceses and has a very good customer support.Servers are very stable.You get what u pay for. I highly recommend NetchX Hosting.

The customer support is very slow
The customer support is very slow. After uploading the reciept I had to wait about 3 days to get my config. And the connectivity of the config was so bad. Their pricing is not bad. cheap pricing but overall service doesnt satisfy me.

However, we have no record of a 3-day delay for any recent orders, nor a customer matching your description in our system. Please provide your Invoice ID or Ticket Number so we can investigate this immediately. If there was a genuine error, we want to fix it; if not, we must assume this is a mistaken or misplaced review.

NetchX Hosting™ is very professional compared to other hosting companies that you get to see day by day on Sri Lanka. Their customer service is so good, and the team is very friendly. I highly recommend NetchX if you are not planning to get screwed by low quality, cheap hosting services that you see here and there.
