I have ordered there two dresses and I received nothing. Do I have to say more?
They tookmy money (1300 USD) and closed the Website and all the other thing I could contact them.

No refund or exchange policy will push away customers
This is my third time purchasing an expensive designer gown with them. I usually get lucky with the sizes but this last time the dress was not true to size. I ordered a size bigger but it was still almost 3 inches small. I called and asked if I could exchange for a different style and the rep told me her boss was not there and it was not their policy. That is ridiculous how they didn't work with me. I had a wedding to attend in two weeks and the dress could not be altered. I feel that they didn't work with me. Here I trusted their website to purchase an $800 dress without trying it on but and not only was the sizing off but their customer service was unsatisfactory. I will not purchase anything with them again!

Sold me an unauthentic Sherri Hill Gown
After a long search of the Sherri Hill gown I planned to purchase for my pageant, I ran across NetFashionAve as being the only company that had it left in stock. Gown comes to my house and it is NOT authentic!!! Looks somewhat similar but not authentic at all. The beading was different, the workmanship was poor, and the list goes on. I will never order from this company again.

We have the Sherri Hill invoice to prove that we sold you an authentic Sherri Hill. We only offer 100% authentic items. We are also listed on Sherrihill.com as an authorize retailer for the brand under number 37.
