An order was placed to the value of R988 for a vase of mixed roses on Thursday 23rd July which was delivered yesterday and very disappointed to see the state of the flowers when it arrived. Looked like it was 7days old already and we paid so much for it. Utter disgusting to say the least.

It was so easy and user friendly to place my order. The best part was that I could deliver my order to Cape Town instead of flying with my order and hoping that the beautiful box wouldn't get damaged.

Twelve yellow roses did more than arrive beautifully. They lit up Pebbles’ day, softened her heart and reminded her that, to me, she is still brand new every day. NetFlorist did not simply deliver flowers; they delivered a memory that will outlive the roses. That is not delivery. That is the art of making love arrive.

It was meant for a team at work but it was delivered after hours at home it did not motivate the team as it was supposed too. Very disappointed no update nothing during the course of the day.

Amazing product and speed of delivery

It was a first time ordering on Netflorist, after I placed an order I wanted it to be delievered at a specific time, I then called to arrange this and the assistant that helped me assured me that my order will be delivered on time and indeed it was.

Felt scammed by netflorist. Bought a R800 boutique and had different flowers. Extremely dissapointed in their service.

Firstly, they seem to think that all Businesses close at 5pm, Newsflash, they do not. So the "Birthday Surprise" for my darling was ruined, firstly by them sending a message that something was on the way, and secondly, delivering it after everyone had already gone home. My wife had to wait an extra 10 mins before it arrived. Sorry, but you have lost me as a customer.

They called ask if they cute substitute the rose color as they did not have in stock, but they ended up pulling through after all.

The flowers were not fresh and they were dry

I loved how they packaged everything when she sent me a pic after receiving the gift, from the details of the box of wine, card and the chocolates.
I ordered many times from here, and I've never been disappointed thus far... Thanks for helping me make her day special.

Disappointed, paid 39 for a custom card however the standard card was sent to my wife 🤦‍♂️

The only thing I can fault NetFlorist on is their automatic and unnecessary change of lower letters to capitals when not required (for instance with names and surnames).
