ive ordered from these before there great prices ..you have to read carefully .they do tell you when item is out ov date or what the problem may b like dented cans or 2 missing i think there great .i wont hesitate to order again

Order cancelled without any prior notice or communication. When asked about it, no explanation was given.

Why take an order if you can't deliver?

Even the 1 star is more . Wish there is an option of minus then will go for that . Ordered baby milk formula 3 unit then got an email that we just have 1 in stock .No issue got refund for rest of the units but the milk was not real (looks like mixed something as the colour was diferent from the actual ) . How they can do this with the baby milk .Horrible , my child was suffering from diarrhoea after taking this .

There is no refunds system.

I have been sent salmon paste in jars where the lids make a clicking noise, so are not properly sealed. I ahve asked for how to get a refund, but the information has not been sent.
They obviously have developed a system for dealing with customers who are unreasonable enough to want refunds because they keep writing and saying repeatedly that they have written to me, but then just not sending either an acknowledgement of the problem or information about how to return goods.
They have no phone number at all, which is quite outrageous as it means you cannot easily pin them down.

So basically, you may get a bargain. But if you don't they won't help you, and don't appear to care whether they cause food poisoning in the process.

I think that's about the lowest level you can go.

Placed order for product only to find out it was cancelled. collection only ! Which was not visible on my phone order. Big shame as I order product for three companies on a regular basis. I won’t be back.

I wanted Billington's golden castor sugar and this company had an excellent price. I was a bit apprehensive as I had never heard of them but ordered as a trial. Got my box of goodies the next day! Everything as ordered and well packed. The items they have a bit random so you need to keep checking back to see what stuff they have, which, from what I have seen is great value.

Googled for best deals on 20l laundry liquid from Faith in nature. Had to double check the company as I've never came across it. Anyway, I've ordered after reading reviews here and as per the below mesaages the confirmation email for the order was in spam folder.
Order placed late on Monday and parcel arrived on Wednesday. Happy with the order so hence writing review. Thanks

I ordered yesterday and received my parcel today - unreal, as I thought it would probably take at least 5-7 days! Everything was there as expected, packed well and was really great value. This was my first time shopping with you guys but it certainly won't be the last. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I had to raise a dispute on my American Express as they sent me Sacla vegan pesto rather than Classic.

Luckily, I took a screenshot of their catalogue with the search term 'pesto' demonstrating that they did not even offer vegan pesto at the point at which I raised my dispute. These people are so dishonest, they changed the link afterwards to say that it was vegan, then did not respond to my complaint.

I stumbled across this site, which had a particular item I was searching the Internet for! I have now ordered twice from this company. Both times delivery was super fast and well packaged.
I have ordered from similar sites selling items that are either close to or past best before dates and this website also makes the dates VERY clear so you know (or you should know!) what you are ordering. So happy to find this site, I will definitely order from again. Thank you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They sent us 30 units of expired products. We have tried contacting you but have been ignored. Having to go through the 6-8 week process of disputing via credit card.

Ordered from this company as the price of the bird dumplings were the most reasonable around and I was not disappointed. The delivery was quick, well packaged and all round delighted and the birds love these dumplings! Thank you

Came across this website by accident. Thought I’d try them out after reading the reviews.
W.O.W. - super fast delivery, all items of excellent quality and arrived very well packed.
Very pleased with my purchases and have bought more items at the greatly reduced prices.
All items I bought were either in date, had long use by dates (with slightly damaged packaging) or just out of date for items that I consider still useable (I.e. vacuum packed hedgehog food).
I’ll definitely be a repeat buyer from now onwards.

Shame netmaketplace doesn't have feedback system, they have amazing services, honest descriptions of their items and very very prompt delivery, this company is very good and deserves alot more than 5 stars because it's worth it, many thanks for them.

Very unhelpful with cancelling an order that they didn't have enough stock to fulfill. It made the order VERY expensive. I will NOT use them again. Grrr

The delivery is amazingly fast, I ordered £30 worth of items to get free shipping and test out if this company was legit. So delighted with my purchase that I've gone back again and again. Every time the delivery has been super fast. Had one issue with a leaking bottle but they were very good and refunded me straight away. Can't recommend more highly.

Had not heard of this company before, they only had two good reviews. I ordered numerous different coffees it was all carefully packed and in perfect condition and delivered quickly. Nothing but good to say about this company, I will definitely be buying again. So very happy with everything.

I was a bit wary of using this company as I’d never heard of it and they only had 1review. I must say they were excellent. I placed my order on Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday morning. No issues at all. I will no doubt be using them again
