I paid the money and had the service for exactly 3 months. It actually went down there two weeks ago and I’ve kept trying to contact the guy to get it fixed up but he keeps ignoring me.

que son caras y no funcionan

desde que estoy , no he podido ver un partido de futbol completo ,he mandado correo y comunicarme por otros sitios ,y no he tenido contestacion ahora llevo tiempo que no funciona nada de nada

Es un pirata impresentable

Es un pirata impresentable, le comentas de buena fe algun problema (relacionado por el mal servicio) y contesta mal, e incluso insulta. Quien necesite pruebas se las enseño. No soluciona nada y te despacha rapido, eso si, a la hora de pagarle te atosiga y todo muy correcto. Economicamente, por un poco mas, los hay mas fiables que este impresentable

I purchased an account from the link…

I purchased an account from the link that sends you to what’s app after paying £25.00 , when it advertised as $21 or 20€ , I sent them a picture of my Iptv software , they then activated the Netrotv account in November 25 , it appears as protected so I can’t see my username, password, and url ie my extreme code.
Then a few days ago it suddenly reported “ no connection! Playlist not working” my friends all use a different provider and there subscriptions all ended on Jan 2nd 26 some of them had asked me whom I used they contacted Netro surprise surprise they responded as it was a purchase inquiry and not a support inquiry. They were literally falling over themselves to offer my friends subscriptions even to the point of offering reductions for multiple purchases. Fortunately one of my friends contacted me to see how my service was going I told him of my troubles and the fact that I could no longer get a response from the WhatsApp number linked to the site in fact despite them reading my complaints regarding lack of service no response was given. Subsequently I managed to contact via social media a total of eight people who were about to subscribe. If Netro had of resolved my issue, they would’ve gained a further 8 to 10 customers.
Fortunately, I have managed to find a reliable provider on how to cut my losses. I just hope that people do their homework and do not subscribe with a sham company who are basically resellers.
What do you actually need as a provider and not someone reselling at a profit and offering no back up Support do yourself a favour do some homework Google IPTV providers using VPN and put yourself in a different country search out pro Max 4K you’ll be paying significantly less and receive a stable and reliable service provided by people who will give you back up in the event of outages. This company has one thing in mind and that is taking your original subscription fee and giving you nothing in return I received less than one months television from this company don’t give them any of your money

Esto no va pero de ninguna manera , no te devuelven el dinero , no te solucionan nada, así que no lo contrataría para nada !!

I have been using this service since…

I have been using this service since May 2025. During the first months, the performance was inconsistent, with frequent interruptions, especially during football matches.

For more than 5 days now, my IPTV service has been completely down. Despite over 10 attempts to contact support via WhatsApp and email, I have received no response at all. Support is effectively non-existent.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is that I paid for a full 1-year subscription in advance, but the service was only usable for around 6 months. This means only half of the paid service was delivered, with no explanation, no solution, and no refund.

A provider that becomes unreachable as soon as problems arise does not meet basic standards of reliability or customer service.
I cannot recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid long-term payments if they choose to use it.

UPDATE:
After my review, the IPTV service has started working again and is currently functional. I appreciate that the service has been restored.

However, I would like to point out that the previous long outage and the lack of communication at that time were the main reasons for my negative review. While the service is working now, better reliability and, especially, responsive customer support are essential to avoid similar situations in the future.

I hope this improvement is permanent and that customer communication will be handled more professionally going forward.

Na 4 weken geen enkele reactie op whatsapp enkel een OK en daar blijft het bij geen enkel live tv programma kun je zien altijd herstarten beeld en DAZN België werkt 100% helemaal niet,
Zijn oplichters eerste klas zelfs 1 rode ster niet waardig. En waar zijn ze met hun 24/24 service? Zelfs hier op trust pilot reageren ze niet incasseren gewoon geld.

It's good but felt kind of scammed

It's good but felt kind of scammed. Was asked what I use and said smarters and android box, they Sent a link to pay. Then was forced to use their own software and pay an extra £8 to use it. I asked for the Xtreme code so I can use smarters that is free but they completely dodged the question.

Won't be buying this subscription again.
