Great Customer Service and Support

I’ve worked with three different companies in the Rayong and Sattahip area that use NetSol for their IT support. NetSol has consistently kept the network systems running well. At one of those companies, there were hundreds of users and workstations, and I can’t recall any downtime. When there has been an issue on an individual computer, their customer support has been quick to respond and has always resolved it in a timely manner. I recommend their services to any company looking to do business with them.

Excellent communication and Knowledge!

We have been working with Netsol for a couple of years now and we couldn't be happier with their support! We are headquartered in the US and Netsol supports our Thailand plant. They are very knowledgeable, quick to respond, detail oriented, and see every task through to completion. Without Netsol, supporting our Thailand employees would be very frustrating for the employees due to the time difference. Netsol works with my US-based IT Team very well and their communication is excellent. I highly recommend Netsol!

12 years of professional support

After working with 2 companies here in Thailand over the last 12 years, both of them used Netsol as their IT support and for all the connected services. 12 years of great support

Over the last 12 years I have worked for 2 companies who use Netsol as their IT support and all services connected to it. In all of these years any issues that I have had, have been dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner. Any questions asked are answered correctly, and their advice has always been spot on, and honest, nothing is forced on to you to buy if it is not relevant to your work.
