They sold me a defective washing machine…
I hate to have to write this review but they have sold me 2 defective washing machines. So I had a plumber from
Reliant plumbing come out he said that the washing machine is not worth fixing it would cost thousands of dollars so I paid his fee and trashed that washing machine and thought ok no deal 2 years was a decent time for a new washing machine.
I bought from neu appliances again because I loved their quick delivery time and customer service. Well I had flooding from this new washing machine, so I called and had an LG technician look at it since it was still under the one year warranty. He said this washing machine needs new power board, among so many other things. He was actually very angry that I was being taken advantage of and having to pay out of pocket over thousands of dollars to replace my flooring walls ceiling new cabinets etc because they sold me a defective washing machine. I have sent photos to Antonio's email with neu appliances. They said this isn't their fault and instead of helping with anything they can offer me 20% off my next order! Why would I keep buying items from them if they are all defective and ruin my home?!? I just replaced all of my flooring and cabinets, bathrooms last year and now I have to deal with this and pay to have everything replaced because Neu Appliances sold me a defective item yet again. I'm beyond frustrated and just want to cry. I can't keep paying thousands of dollars each year because they like to take advantage of their customers. I am a dog and cat rescue mom and paying for expensive hotels that are pet friendly is also another big expensive. I have so much proof this time that it was their fault yet they refuse to take accountability. I'm at a loss right now about what to do I have maxed out all my credit cards and have so many health issues because of the mold and caring for my dad with cancer. It's disgusting that this company thinks it's ok to take advantage of people. I came subject my rescue animals to live in this home and home insurance won't cover this. I'm hoping to hear from Scott because this is beyond irresponsible to sell defective items then refuse to even look at the damage.
I also have videos of the LG technician repairing and talking but it won't let me add those for some reason.
Not sure why my photos are not showing but for more clear information please look at the photos of the damage and washing machine. Also any comments or messages on what I should do for next steps would be appreciated. I continue to call and try to reach out to Neu Appliances but they refuse to call or email back.
