Be very wary of purchasing anything from this business.

I purchased what I thought was a one-off $4.99 PDF guide. I did receive the PDF which I was going to read through over the weekend when I had time.

In the meantime I received an additional charged from Neuroflow for $70. I immediately checked my email for any information from the business and found that I'd been given access to a learning platform that I did not agree to join or authorise payment of.

I contacted the business and they did respond quickly to my email. Apparently the original $4.99 for the PDF was an initial entry into a monthly subscription. I did not at any stage read anything about signing up for an ongoing monthly subscription.

The customer service person Sofia insisted that this was stated at checkout but I know that it was not stated clearly at all as I never would have signed up for that. I am online savvy and honestly believed I was purchasing a one-off PDF guide.

The business did not provide any warning that I was going to be part of an ongoing subscription.

In the back and forth emails I was quoted the refund policy which applies to their courses only, not to the subscription. They refuse to refund me despite requesting within the 14 days stated in their T&C which I was only seeing for the first time in the email communications. These are not on their website or checkout where there initial purchase was made.

They did cancel my subscription upon request and have assured me no further payments will be taken from my account.

I am very unhappy about this, it is very sneaky and misleading and definitely not clearly stated anywhere at any point that purchasing the PDF was entry to an ongoing subscription.

I will try to reverse the payment made with my bank of a resolution can not be made from this business itself, which it seems will not happen.

I recommend not getting involved in any way with this business to avoid being scammed of your money.

On July 10, 2026, I purchased a digital guide for $4.99. Three days later, NeuroFlow Academy charged the card used for payment an additional $49 for a monthly subscription.

I did not knowingly or clearly agree to a $49 monthly subscription. I believed I was making a one-time purchase for $4.99. I did not receive a clear and separate confirmation stating that a $49 monthly subscription had been activated or that $49 would be charged after three days.

The company claims that the subscription terms were displayed on the checkout page. However, they have not provided a screenshot of the checkout page as it appeared at the time of purchase or any evidence showing that I explicitly agreed to the recurring $49 charge.

After the $49 payment was taken, the “My Access” section did not show the promised library, purchased materials, or subscription details. It only displayed the message: “Something went wrong. Please refresh the page.”

I contacted customer support immediately. The company cancelled future charges but refused to refund the $49, even though I reported the issue right away and could not access the paid materials.

In my opinion, presenting a $4.99 guide together with a $49 monthly subscription in this way is misleading. The subscription price, trial duration, exact billing date, and automatic renewal terms should be displayed clearly and prominently before payment.

I have saved screenshots of both payments, the non-working account page, the website terms, and all correspondence with customer support. The disputed charge has already been reported to the bank. If the refund is not processed, the information will also be submitted to Stripe.

I recommend carefully checking every condition and taking screenshots before making any payment on this website.
