Ik heb deze week mijn elliot bubble black gekregen. Vriendinnen hadden de normale zwarte Elliot, maar ik vind deze nog mooier! Je ziet dat het kwaliteit is. Ik heb een foto op mijn instagram geplaatst en ik kreeg een lief berichtje van het team. Ik heb hem nog niet lang, maar ik ben er heel blij mee!

I had a good experience with this company. Especially because I had some questions about the size of the bag. I contacted them through email and they responded very kindly that it was on the website... my fault! But I still think the customer service did a great job helping me out. I have my bag 3 weeks now. I like it a lot. I will buy here again.

De tas was erg mooi, alleen was een tabje (voor de rits) aan de voorkant van de tas al eraf na 10 maanden. Ik ga goed om met de tas, dus dit is erg vreemd. Hiernaast is het andere tabje aan de voorkant nu niet meer netjes. Ik heb twee keer een mail gestuurd, maar zonder gehoor, erg teleurstellend!

Wat jammer om te horen dat je een minder goede ervaring hebt gehad met de kwaliteit van je tas én met onze klantenservice. Dat is uiteraard niet de bedoeling. We begrijpen dat het teleurstellend is als er iets stuk gaat terwijl je er zorgvuldig mee omgaat — en zeker als je vervolgens geen reactie ontvangt.
Intussen hebben we onze klantendienst versterkt en verbeterd, zodat we sneller en beter kunnen reageren.
We begrijpen niet exact wat er juist defect is, maar je mag ons altijd nog contacteren via info@neuvillebags.com om te kijken of we een oplossing kunnen vinden.
Nogmaals onze excuses voor het ongemak en dank je wel om ons hiervan op de hoogte te brengen.

Entreprise très sérieuse, réactive, le service après vente très aimable. J’ai commandé un sac de couleur noir. J’ai dû réaliser un échange car ma compagne préférait le sac de couleur brune. L’échange s’est fait très facilement. Le sac reçu est de très bonne qualité. Les produits proposés par la société Neuville ont un excellent rapport qualité prix. À conseiller 👍

zeer jammere zaak, ik kocht een gouden tasje. nadat ik deze een maak droeg begon de goude kleur de tas te verlaten. ik heb hier meteen een mail voor gestuurd. na een week kreeg ik eindelijk antwoord. uiteindelijk na veel moeite kreeg ik een waarde bon van 30 euro als ik reageerde op de mail. ik deed dit en verklaarde mijn zware teleurstelling in een tas van 150 euro die meteen de kleur verliest. na 2 weken kreeg ik antwoordt dat ik dit moest weten want op de site staat v welk materiaal fe tas is… naast dat stuurde ze ook dat ze niets meer gaan doen want dat de tijd om de tas terug te sturen verlopen is en om een nieuwe te krijgen ook. ik heb dus zelfs deze zielige waardenbon niet eens ontvangen. ik vind dit een zeer jammere zaak en raad dit merk dan ook ten zeerste af. echt geldverspilling!

I have a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a bag and sent it back within a few days because of the very poor quality. Unfortunately, I had big problems getting the money back. The company did not refund me the full amount, for Reason I don't understand. Be careful.
