Good customer service, Great variety of shoes, highly recommend this store.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience with Nevermiss.au.

I paid for an item in good faith, but despite making the payment, the item was never received. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I am still having to chase the retailer to find out where my purchase is and when, or even if, I will receive it.

Once a business has taken your money, the absolute minimum expectation is that the goods are delivered and that customers are kept informed if something goes wrong.

It is unacceptable that a customer should have to repeatedly follow up just to receive an item they have already paid for. The lack of resolution has caused unnecessary frustration, wasted time and completely undermined my confidence in this business.

Taking payment is easy, but fulfilling an order and looking after your customers is clearly another matter.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nevermiss.au. I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before purchasing until the business demonstrates that it can fulfil orders and properly look after its customers.

I simply want what I paid for or a full refund. This should never have been this difficult.

Item carefully packaged, promptly posted, arriving in pristine condition. Grateful for %5 discount at checkout as it was my first purchase.

I ordered a t shirt at the beginning of October. It is now the 23rd and I have received zero updates from them and still no product received. I sent them an email asking for an update and received no response.

Order 4 items, received only 2 items, send 2 emails over week ago still no respond no answer no items

Do NOT order online even if it says available for pickup! I Ordered online products where available at the time. I received a confirmation email with an approximate date for pick up being 3 days later. I heard nothing for weeks.

Went in to ask for a refund which they refused and was told it was a pre-order. There was no mention of pre-order on my receipt or in the confirmation email.

My package was sent to the incorrect address. When I requested assistance from Never miss to find the item I was denied. Very difficult to get help. States when you buy an item you receive a discount when joining as a member, lies lies lies!

Asics running shoes within 2 months the airpocket popped and they now squeal. Told me that because they were on sale theres no refund, and to take the inner sole out and let them dry. Uuumm they are not wet the air pocket has BURST. Useless customer service and they dont stand behind there products. On sale or not its not good enough
