Quality is sub-par. They do not refund your money. Refund is in form of a credit for another purchase. After paying postage & required insurance my refund credit is less AND I can only use it to buy another poor quality product. I will cut my losses & learn from this experience. I would strongly recommend that you not deal with this company!!!

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE, AND PROVIDES NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shoes were not comfortable, no support, too narrow. Not well made. Completely false advertising - they said they were helpful for foot pain, which was totally not true for me and I cannot imagine how it could be for anyone else.
There was not information on how to return on the website, no form to fill out to ensure you were credited with a return. And after numerous attempts to contact them via email I finally heard back that you can return them for a store credit however you have to pay shipping back to China yourself. This is exactly what the email said: "We understand that international shipping costs and potential restocking fees may make returning the shoes impractical and expensive for you. Therefore, we’d like to offer you a partial refund of 50% on your order instead. This way, you can keep the shoes completely, avoid all return shipping hassles, and still get half of your money back. We believe this is the most economical and expedient solution for you."

I cannot in good conscience recommended this company. Their prominent statement of a 30-day refund guaranteed is simply not true. When my shoes arrived, I realized they were too small and first tried to exchange them for a larger pair. I would have had to ship them back to China, with insurance and tracking, at a cost of $20-30. As another option, they said I could keep the too-small shoes and accept a 70% discount on another pair. I said OK, but the discount code didn't come. I then realized almost none of the shoes on the site were available in my size anyway so I asked to return the original pair for the promised full refund, as guaranteed on their website. Again, I was told I must mail them back to China, where they would be inspected for a decision to accept them or not. As an option, "as a gesture of good faith," they said I could keep the first pair I can't wear and they would send me a 60% refund. Thus, I have paid them ~$35 for NOTHING. After half -a-dozen emails, I give up. Save your money, your time, and you composure.

The shoes arrived and looked very good, however, trying to get them on was a terrible struggle. After several attempts and a shoe horn, the back of the shoe would stay up on my heel. The toe box wasn't wide enough, even though I ordered the wide version and the material would not stretch over my instep. Terrible design and a rip off from the advertisement. Hopefully the return process won't be as difficult as getting the shoes on.

Mailed from right here in my at least that was the return address., I decided to gibe them anothervtry. The laces are elastic and the leather is soft and plisble.so I used a shirt horn, crimped ythe laces at the bottom and stretched the neck and I got them on. A little toe room but not much. Hiwever they feel not bad and I think may stretch.
So it's an expensive experiment but we'll see . You definitely need a shoe horn. They should supply one with the shoes.

Shoes are impossible to get on, the top around the back and ankle collapse and fold under my foot. There is zero arch support and the toe box is too narrow. Can not be returned once you remove them from original packaging and wear them for a few hours. Shipping takes excessively long, they ship from China. Can not recommend these shoes.

Do not buy anything from Nevova shoes. They are cheaply made smell terrible and although the website says there’s a 30 day return there is no link to populate a return on their website. No return label to populate and customer service has not gotten back to me. We had one email correspondence and they have not responded since they told me to let them air out which I did which I did not work at all. I have reached out several times to populate a return and they have not responded. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Terrible support. Will not send any information for a return. They do not fit and they said you can return them but nobody answers the emails. Deceptive ads!!!

Shoes were advertised as having ample room in toe box and width. Not so. Shoes were extremely narrow, and the most painful pair I have worn. Can only wear them for 15 minutes or so. Wasted purchase, they are headed for the trash bin.

Ich kaufte am 25.11.2024 ein paar NevoSooz Schuhe. Als sie am 05.12.2024 eintrafen, sah ich sofort, dass sie von deutlich unterschiedlicher Breite waren - bei gleicher Schuhgrösse -, sodass der rechte Schuh zu gross ist. Nevova bat mich in einer Email um eine Beurteilung, die wegen der unterschiedlichen Breite der Schuhe - ich fügte ein Foto an - aber nur mit einem Stern ausfiel. Meine Beurteilung, weil wohl zu schlecht bei den auffällig vielen fast schon schwärmerischen Beurteilungen, wurde nicht veröffentlicht. Offensichtlich möchte diese Firma nur positive Bewertungen. Ich bin wohl wieder einer Firma aufgesessen, die Billigware aus China verkauft.

Ist unseriös!!!!! Sie schreiben vom Rückgaberecht, leider machen sie das einem unmöglich. Man bekommt keine Antwort. Erst auf drängen von Paypal melden sie sich bekommt aber keine Adresse wohin ich die Ware schicken kann. Sehr unsympathisch! Ware zu teuer, kommt alles aus China. Lieber direkt bei TEMU bestellen, dort ist das Rückgaberecht ECHT und einfach!
