Fast response from support about changing my order address.

Very responsive when I requested to change my sweater.

Their service was great, fast shipping and they gave me fast options for when the pants I ordered were not a good fit. Will definitely be shopping with NEVSTUDIO again. Love the look.

Item ordered was out of stock but I was offered either:
A gift card for the amount of the out of stock item, plus an additional $15.
Option to choose another item less than $10 more expensive or a refund.

I had questions about the size chart for a particular item and customer service was very helpful in getting back to me and ultimately changing my order for a different size. Looking forward to receiving the item!
Update: I have received the item and am very happy! High quality material and looks even better than pictured. Will definitely shop here again!

I’ll be honest, I was worried this website was fraudulent. I ordered over 150 dollars in product anyways. It all arrived and looked even better than expected. I recomend this place highly. Their support team is also amazing. They helped me expedite a shipping last minute. I was sooo impressed.

J'avais regarder au préalable si le site était fiable, peur des arnaques. Tout mes renseignements m'ont conduit a voir qu'il était plus que fiable.
Panier fait, achat valider.
J'envoie un message pour demander si mes achats peuvent être envoyé rapidement, car c'était presser, et une personne me répond très rapidement.
Il y a eu des soucis de stock avec l'un de mes articles, ce qui m'as fait peur, car peur de l'arnaque et de ne jamais être livré. Tout c'est très bien passer, le service client est incroyable, un vrais suivis, et cela ce sens que nous ne parlons pas a des robots mais bien a de vrais personne.
En tout cas malgré le problème de stock, ma commande a était envoyer en deux fois, et j'ai bien reçu, rapidement qui plus ai, les articles était beau et de bonne taille.
Je suis ravis de mes achats, du service client, et je recommanderais dès que possible.

I bought two body suits they both fit I got one in small and one in Xs and they fit quite similar .
I’m 5 5” 115 lbs athletic frame
Torso fits well fabric has good stretch and toggles for adjustment to customize.
I wanted to test the size . The customer service was very helpful and accommodating. Shipping was quick and quality was very nice as well as packaging. I recommend this site I hope to buy more soon very unique styles . Love it

Very cheap quality and bad customer support. You are over paying for really cheap material

I was unhappy with my size on the clothes I ordered so I contacted help a refund or a replacement in a different size. They replied the same day and was able to sort out a outcome in which I was able to get the right size of clothes in a professional manner.

Great service! alerted me when an item I ordered was out of stock and emailed me to replace it with an item of my choice.
